Cockroaches everywhere. AC very dirty needed cleaning, got us sick. Thin walls too much noise from neighbors. Very small room.

I was unable to stay in the room that I booked because they had allowed me to book a room that didn’t exist. Apparently, their system overbooks guests and they don’t tell you until you arrive and have to wait a long time for someone to come and give you answers. They will also lie to you on the phone and say someone will arrive in ten minutes but they really mean 30-40 minutes. :(. My friend had left to run an errand while we were waiting for the staff member to arrive, so when the staff did arrive I was worried about how to move all our bags by myself. The staff member said she would help but after I got in the taxi she just put my friend’s bags in, said good luck, and left. I understand that’s not really her problem but after waiting for so long and thinking she would help more that was kind of a bummer. Then they move you to a new place about one stop away to stay in. The new place was functional but there’s no screen in the window, it’s covered in dust, and there’s no door handle for the bathroom, it’s just a hole in the door… Also, since I was staying with a friend, I requested a second key card for the door. When she programmed the new card, the original one stopped working. When we realized and asked her to fix the original card, the second one stopped working. It seems as though only one card can work at a time even though they have multiples. Overall I was very frustrated with my experience and I can see why they make their bookings non refundable now.

到達住宿後，找到留給我們的房卡，房間裡面霉味、潮濕味很重，還有遺留的一團衛生紙跟另一個垃圾，後來聯繫MANAGER後，她來幫我們換房間，表示這裡都是先到先選房間，那團衛生紙應該是當天前一組放棄這間房的客人留下來的，後來換到二樓的房間，房間整體明亮很多，也沒有霉味了，但房間沒開冷氣還是有點潮濕味，冰箱外觀有疑似咖啡還是飲料的噴濺痕跡，住宿整理清潔有待加強，不過床很好睡，浴室空間很大，求個睡覺地方的話還是可以忍受。

가격대 비해서 매트리스도 편리하고 너무좋았습니다. 칫솔도 준비되어있고 샴푸린스 정수기 전자렌지 커피 다 있었습니다 !

바닥청소가 안되있었는지 가루랑 먼지가 많았어요..ㅠㅠ

the location is very close to all places, close to convenience stores and places to eat that are relatively cheap and tasty. 5 minutes to the bus or subway station. washer and dryer are fully usable. The toilet in the room makes it very affordable than other places. Will definitely book this place again if I go to Seoul. How to check in is very easy, you just need to scan the WhatsApp QR Code in front of the entrance door and WhatsApp to the staff to get your room number. Extra tips, please download Kakoa Talk for easily comunicate with the staff before you arrive here. From airport can use bus but not directly to the location. you need to change the bus... bus so easy!!!!!!!!

the thing that I am not satisfied with is related to cleanliness, the toilet is quite unclean because there is moss on the wall of the toilet and the toilet tissue is quite limited. The kitchen is a bit unclean and smells because other guests throw away wet garbage. Boots!!! with a cheap price ... you can close one eye. ... before that, one more thing is... the towel is very small... I think you should bring your own towel because the towel provided is a towel the size of a face towel.

Era una zona tranquilla a 5/10 minuti dalla metropolitana

Non mi sono piaciute molte cose, a partire dalla ragazza che non ci ha spiegato niente sulla struttura ma si è limitata a darci la chiave e andarsene. Rich house è bella e ha molto potenziale ma nessuno ha valorizzato questo posto. Con delle modifiche sull'igene, sugli spazi e lo staff sarebbe un posto stupendo, peccato.

If you're traveling on a budget and don't mind if a room is not 100% clean, then it's worth it. The location is not ideal but well connected to the public transportation. Also there are convenience stores nearby!

-Don't look under the bed! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. -Towels were smelly and stained. If you decide to stay here bring your own! -The windows mesh were not entirely mosquito proof so we had to keep the windows closed at all times. Even by doing so, mosquitos will come in through the bathroom. -The wallpaper was coming off. -The bathroom was moldy. -Check in was confusing. They don't explain how to do it and you have to improvise at the spot.

Bathroom was nice and big. Bed was comfortable enough.

The towel didn’t smell too great and it took a while to check in, the staff weren’t available.
