Casa Lia is in a quiet street two minutes from the central square, our room was very comfortable and the host very polite and responded to our messages and recommended places to visit. There are facilities to use to make your own breakfast and a little veranda to sit at the back.

The most warm and gracious host I have ever had in any hotel. He welcomed me and made me feel at home with his kindness and generosity. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality!
The room was very cosy, and the location was great, in a quiet part of the beautiful historic citadel. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The owner Marius is super friendly and extremely responsive with questions; he even brings in coffee in the morning and offers welcome drinks/cookies. Sighisoara is a small town so even if the property looks like in a corner on the map, it's actually within 10min walking to the side of the town! It's possible to walk from the train/bus station with luggage--but keep in mind you'll need to climb many stairs as the town is on a hill. The room is very quiet, comfortable, and feels cool even on a hot day. I won't hesitate to recommend Casa Lia!
