The breakfast was good overall. However, it mainly featured Indian dishes, with only a limited selection of Western food. Expanding the Western breakfast options would improve the experience for international guests.
The airport transfer service for international guests should be improved. A more organized and efficient pick-up and drop-off process would make arrivals and departures much more convenient.

Centrally located and fairly clean surroundings compared to other parts of Chennai.
Have been using Lotus for mare than ten to fifteen years now whenever I go to Chennai. It has dropped down on its score and level of performance particularly in the last 2-3 years. Beds and mattresses are old and require replacing. Furniture and Interior too look very much dated and need updating. Few longterm staff are good in guest service.
