The reception staff were wonderful. I had an accident on arrival. I tripped down a step in the hotel and landed on my hand and arm tearing skin from my elbow. The reception staff brought a first aid kit and cleaned the area and dressed my elbow and purchased further dressing with surgical cleaning. They were fantastic, the rooftop bar and restaurant are well staffed providing good food and the best riverside views in the whole of Bangkok.

Friendly and helpful staff (phoned me to let me know my daughter had left her shoes). Good location for the beach and bars and restaurants.
All facilities fully functioning and very clean.
Great value for money.
Recommended.
The breakfast was somewhat limited but adequate.

near to the beach.
we had a smal dog with us, but we cant bring him with us for breakfast, but is no aloud to let him alone in the room, so where should we put him while eating ? thats why we traw the voucher away and eat in a other coffeeshop where we can bring our dog..
quite poorfor a hotel witch alloud dogs.
