A nice, cosy small apartment in the spider centre of Amsterdam. Well equipped, comfortable, easily accessible. Can't say anything about staff, everything was working with the application. Well connected, lovely neighbourhood. Good wifi.
I downloaded the app, but believe it works also without that. So nothing to comment extra upon.

The location is top tier, also the check-in and access to the room via code worked well and no malfunctions. The room itself is nice, as well as the whole building. The bathroom was beautiful, marble tiles and a huge mirror. The discount on luggage-storage around town was a nice feature.
Additional deposit of 200€ to confirm the reservation only AFTER you already booked via booking was a bit funny to me… No clear stating before booking that smoking cigs/marih. on the balcony is permitted, i mean that was the whole reason why we wanted a balcony. The room was really cold and due to the age of the building poorly isolated. We turned on the radiator and the heater and still froze. An extra bedding or sheets, would’ve been nice.
