We stayed in a top floor apartment (4th floor), with a large corner balcony with beautiful views towards the North and East. The apartment is very nice, spacious and comfortable. It is like in the photos. The location is in Reforma, a nice district, north of the historic downtown, with residential and commercial buildings. The hotel is virtually across from a shopping centre. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and pharmacies all within 2-5 minutes walking. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Very clean. It had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen.
No AC in the living room or kitchen. No window screens. Mosquitos got in the room when we open the windows. Front desk staff are like hawks watching every move we make. Don’t make our guests feel welcome. I as a guest never felt welcome. I stayed seven nights. The hotel manager is rude.
