Wir hatten hier 3 wundervolle Wochen im September 2021. Ferienwohnung und Gastgeberin sind einfach perfekt. Die Angaben bei FeWo-direkt treffen absolut zu. Ausstattung, Klimaanlage, Schlafkomfort und Sauberkeit haben unsere Erwartungen allerdings weit übertroffen. Wir können die Wohnung einfach nur jedem empfehlen.

Un apartamento muy acogedor la verdad que lo mejor de todo son las vistas,las instalaciones de la casa como la cama la piscina…esta muy bien la anfitriona a sido genial también muy atenta de nosotros y siempre intentado dar las mejores recomendaciones para que disfrutes de todo estepona la verdad es que a estado genial 🙂

C'est un très bel appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé avec une vue splendide. La hôte est très disponible et aux petits soins. A recommander absolument.

Very nice location on close walking distance to harbour and old city where you can find many good restaurants. The appartment is very well equiped and has a wide view towards the sea. Carmen gave us a very warm welcome. Car parking in the garage below the appartement was also included ++

Ideal property for our 10 day break Estepona. Carmen is a lovely, helpful & communicative hostess. The apartment is on the 7th floor with a great balcony where you can get the sun rising and setting. Comfy bed, plenty of storage, well appointed kitchen and in a great area where it’s easy to walk to the old town or the marina area. And the beach is less than 5 mins walk too. We will definitely return 😎

The apartment was amazing, very stylish, amazing seaviews from the balcony as well as from the livingroom and bedroom windows, also wifi was included, what a bonus! and to add a underground allocated car space, also the apartment was very clean with wonderful and amazing art which was done by Carmen. The Location of the apartment was perfect beach in front of you , and the promenade and close to the marina, plus Old Town. The pool and pool area was very nice felt very peaceful, surrounded by trees and bushes with flower's . The Owner Carmen was there to greet us, amazing lady, she waited 3hrs for us as I put in the wrong address in satnav, she came to my rescue and helped me reset my direction via her phone. Carmen personally showed the apartment and the grounds, she also provided information on restaurants and palaces to visit. We would highly recommend the apartment. We will definitely booking again. Ideally located midway between the old town and marina, both 10 min walks away, and only 5 mins from the beach. With spectacular sea views from the 7th floor it is perfectly clean with all the equipment and facilities that can reasonably be expected including underground parking and swimming pool. Carmen proved to be the perfect host waiting on the pavement outside to greet us on arrival. Providing a wealth of information on recommended places to eat and visit in the area to make the most of our stay, she readily responded to any queries or issues raised If you are looking for a reasonably priced place for 2 to stay in Estepona, you really need look no further than this apartment

Nosotros hemos viajado mucho y hemos tenido la oportunidad de estar en mejores y peores alojamientos. Podemos confirmar con total garantía que el alojamiento de Carmen es uno de los mejores en los que hemos estado. Un ático de una habitación muy espacioso, muy amplio, perfecto en su distribución. Las vistas son muy especiales, despertarte y tomar el café (de Nespresso, otro punto a favor) mirando al mar y descubrir que aquello del fondo son delfines saltando! Eso es especial. La zona donde está situado es justo detrás de las casas de los pescadores, con sus flores y sus casas blancas. Siguiéndolas llegarás a una playa que está muy bien, justo en una de las puntas del paseo marítimo. Ahí hemos ido cada mañana, primero a correr por el paseo y luego a la playa hasta la hora de comer. Las recomendaciones de Carmen para comer y cenar son fantásticas, yo las seguiría porque vais a quedar encantados. Ella sabe muy bien lo que recomienda y eso se agradece mucho. El pueblo de Estepona a mi me ha gustado mucho, llegas desde el ático dando un paseo de 15 minutos muy fácilmente. El puerto está incluso más cerca a 9 minutos andando. Esto nos vino muy bien la tarde que decidimos ir en barco a ver la puesta de sol, y tuvimos la suerte de navegar con los delfines, qué experiencia tan única. Esa mañana desde el apartamento vimos que la playa no pintaba bien y decidimos ir a comer a Ronda que está como a una hora en coche. Genial. Gracias Carmen por una estancia fantástica y por ser tan buena anfitriona, tus detalles y tu dedicación, tus recomendaciones y cómo piensas en todo, hacen que este alojamiento esté en nuestros favoritos. Con ganas de repetir ya. Escogiendo este apartamento acertaréis seguro.

Terrific location,10 minutes walk from Rada Beach.between Old Town and Marina with its restaurants and bars; fantastic vistas over Med. to The Rock and Morocco; Carmen, the owner, was brilliant throughout, with Customer Care par excellence , and kept in touch if we needed anything, even lifting us to and from our pick-up coach! Gran descubrimiento, el apartamento cubrió con creces todas las espectativas que teníamos, es mas, sorprende en directo para bien la terraza y las vistas ya que las fotos no muestran toda la belleza. Esta muy bien situado a diez minutos andando del centro y a dos de la playa. Sobresaliente la recepción por parte de Carmen, nos dio una serie de tips sobre donde comer que fueron un acierto. Definitivamente un apartamento recomendable y donde repetiremos siempre que se pueda en nuestras visitas a la maravillosa ESTEPONA.

Clean, well equipped, short stay so no need to shop for basics. Excellent balcony with great view, good situation. Very good base for walking into town centre and exploring nearby places of interest. Good not to have to pay for sunbeds as beach chairs provided as well as sunshade. Nice swimming pool. A very comfortable and happy stay.

The appartment has wonderful views and is very well situated in a quiet residential area which felt safe and was close to the beaches . A quick stroll either to the port or the old town and supermarkets. Carmen always responds quickly to any message and she was thoughtful and helpful. All her restaurant recommendations were excellent. The apartment has many little additions which make it home from home s d means you don’t have to shop for everything. It is stylish and we had the most comfortable sleeps ever. I will definitely return given the opportunity Thank you so much .

Apartment was lovely, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Carmen was a great host, she met us personally to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment block and even pointed out some local eateries. The apartment has everything you would need for a self catering break, the views from the balcony are great and the location is close to all you would need. The marina for restaurants and bars is around 10 mins walk, the beach around 5 mins walk and the pretty old town about 15 mins walk away. Overall a great stay and lovely apartment.

The apartment was very well appointed with artwork by the owner, Carmen, who was wonderful to communicate with and meet in person. She added many touches (bottle of bubbly) and had wonderful suggestions for restaurants. We did have one sunny day that we could enjoy the patio and we could see the beauty of the little town of Estepona. This place had everything we needed and was close to the marina and town. We would highly recommend for a couple traveling to this area.

Unsere erste Reise nach Andalusien... Flug Berlin-Malaga, dann weiter mit dem Mietwagen nach Estepona. Dort nahm uns Carmen herzlich in Empfang. Nach Besichtigung der Ferienwohnung sind wir begeistert. Unser Feriendomizil ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und erst der Blick vom Balkon 🤗�, traumhaft! Nun ging es auf Entdeckungsreise...Ronda, Gibraltar ,Tarifa und erholsame Tage vor Ort. Estepona hat eine schöne Strandpromenade sowie eine bezaubernde Altdtadt mit vielen Lokalitäten. Besonders gut hat es uns bei Miguel und in der baskischen Tapasbar gleich um die Ecke gefallen! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit vielen neuen Eindrücken. Wir planen in Gedanken schon den nächsten Urlaub bei Carmen und im schönen Andalusien. Danke Carmen und bis bald🙏�🏻�

Perfect apartment, very clean and well equiped. Stylishly furnished and amazing seaview from the balcony! The location is excellent just above the beach and promenade and close to Old Town and the marina. There are many nearby local restaurants to eat at a great price. The apartment has free wifi, air condition and parking space underground. The pool and poolarea is very nice and there are plenty of sunbeds. The owner Carmen was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant to deal with. She provided information on restaurants and places to visit. We would highly recommend the apartment, we are already planning our next visit.

Just returned from a week staying in Carmen's apartment. Superb location with walking distance to the Port/marina and the Old Town with its quaint little streets! Carmen and her daughter met us at the apartment on arrival and showed us around, lovely pleasant people. We were given some information about places to go, restaurant recommendations etc. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, pool area beautiful and so quiet with plenty sun loungers, frequently we had the pool to ourselves! Underground car parking was great too given we hired a car. Would thoroughly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Estepona. Lisa & Ian

Le logement proposé par Carmen est moderne et inclut tous les équipements requis pour des vacanciers. La vue depuis le balcon est exactement comme le montrent les photos. Un garage intérieur nous a été fourni, ce qui est bien pratique. Et surtout, la petite ville de Estepona est parfaite. Un centre historique très agréable et bien aménagé comprenant plusieurs restaurants. La plage sablonneuse est excellente. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement!

Carmen was so helpful right from the start, and the flat very lovely - small but enough for two people. Estepona (out of season) is a lovely little town - the old town very nice - but the area around the flat is especially lovely and very local (authentically Spanish) and the pool at the block is superb. Would recommend for a lovely little break in the sun!

Me and my friend had a fantastic stay at Carmen's apartment. The apartment was lovely with wonderful Sea views and had a gorgeous terrace to sit out and sunbathe. Carmen was great at staying in touch and recommending us things to do. We were a few minutes walk from the harbour, the beach, several restaurants and a supermarket. Would highly recommend. The apartment and service received were excellent. Exactly as described and well maintained. No complaints at all. We were expecting Estepona to be rather more commercialised and noisy than in fact we found it - it seems to have come up in the world and is a really nice place to stay. Carmen was very helpful and friendly and told us the best places to eat and other useful infos.
