Brett, the GM was so helpful and friendly. We ran out of coffee capsules and he delivered a new box within 10 mins!
The upstairs mezzanine bedroom was small - we could really only get in/out of bed from 1 side as it took up most of the room.

Lovely apartment, well-laid out, with everything provided and thought through. The kitchen is fully equipped, including things like foil & gladwrap.
Spotlessly clean, lovely facilities.
Excellent cafe in the complex.

The breakfast supplied was great, great coffee machine, spa was awesome. Loved the loft room. The contact was excellent.
Drying room was a bit small.
One of the kids bunks was a bit dodgy

Very well-stocked, complimentary breakfast pack, coffee and tea well stocked.
A 3 minute shower resulted in water pooling in the hallway of the living area. Had to stack towels along the shower floor to stop it. For the money.. a little disappointed.
