We had a great time overall - the pool, the food at the restaurant, the parking and the view and vibe. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and the location is great to get around Zichron and other places in the area.
It was all very good, but it's very expensive. For this price, I would have expected to get an excellent experience, but some things were not top notch. The gym was very disappointing, the shower was small and overall it seemed like some finishing touches were needed around the place.

The architecture, the view, the tramquility of the hotel and its surrounding. I liked the spacious room. Breakfast was good.
The hotel seems to be frozen in time such that it did not renovate for a long time: the Gym is not maintained, the art collection has not been renovated for years.

We had a great time at Elma hotel. We also enjoyed a lot the tour we had on Friday afternoon regarding the history of the place and the various art exhibits. We were happy to hear about the constant efforts of the Lili Elstein - the owner - to make this place an art promoter and to give a chance to all people in the area to enjoy music, picture and the fantastic architecture of the place.

Window was broken when arrived, we had to wait half an hour until someone fixed it, very difficult to access the room with a baby stroller.... I'm tall and touched the ceiling of the bathroom with my head ... Not really pleasant for the price you pay, hotels in Israel are very expensive and they have a lot more to do - can't believe this hotel has 5 stars......
