Zdecydowanie odradzam: bezprawne zawyżenie opłat i brak zwrotu wymuszonej nadpłaty.

I strongly discourage staying at this property due to a blatant lack of financial transparency and unfair practices by the owner. During the check-in process via the external system vikey.it, we were unlawfully charged an inflated amount for the local tourist tax. According to the official Booking.com confirmation, this fee was supposed to be exactly 80 EUR (4 EUR per person per night for 4 adults). Meanwhile, the system linked to the property charged as much as 164.95 EUR to our card, resulting in an unjustified overcharge of 84.95 EUR.
To make matters worse, the host (Eleonora) failed to issue and categorically avoids providing an official invoice after our stay. The lack of this document from the property has become an excuse for Booking.com to block the complaint procedure and delay the refund of the wrongfully taken money, despite being provided with full evidence in the form of bank statements and screenshots.
I warn all future travelers – beware of transactions and fees imposed by this property before arrival. The beautiful location does not compensate for the stress, dishonesty, and total lack of professionalism on the part of the owner in resolving clear financial errors.

Tramite il sistema vikey.it ci è stata illegittimamente addebitata una tassa di soggiorno di 164,95 EUR invece degli 80 EUR pattuiti, con un sovrapprezzo abusivo di 84,95 EUR. Inoltre, l'host (Eleonora) rifiuta categoricamente di rilasciare la fattura ufficiale del soggiorno. Questo comportamento blocca la nostra procedura di reclamo e il relativo rimborso su Booking.com, nonostante l'invio di estratti conto e screenshot come prova. Attenzione ai costi imposti prima dell'arrivo: la splendida posizione non compensa affatto lo stress, la disonestà e la totale mancanza di professionalità.
