Beautiful location right in the jungle and directly by the beach. We saw lots of monkeys and frogs, although unfortunately no sloths. The yoga classes were excellent, and the food was very tasty. We also appreciated how quickly the staff reacted when we had problems with our room.
We booked a cocktail-making class, but unfortunately the bartenders seemed surprised by it and had to improvise. After around 25 minutes of waiting, we prepared two cocktails following a recipe. We had expected a bit more from the experience. The restaurant was very good, but since you are quite dependent on eating there, the overall cost becomes rather high. Unfortunately, our stay was also affected by heavy rain. Our first room was flooded with water, so we had to move. The second room was already flooded as well. Eventually, we were given a relatively dry room, but water was still dripping onto us in the bathroom. We appreciated that the staff acted quickly, but considering the situation, we would have expected some kind of gesture of goodwill — for example, an upgrade to a completely dry room or even a complimentary drink. Unfortunately, this experience significantly affected our overall impression of the stay.

everything!! this was my best hostal stay ever! it is so amazing that i don’t want to tell anyone about it for fear it will change! however all of the staff should be complimented for their service and friendliness! daily yoga with maga was a huge treat. the young men who helped with the wheelbarrows were incredibly kind and gave me tips for finding sloths!! the food was also fantastic!!
nothing. but it would be nice to have a ride board to share boats onto town to save money. also i think you should have to pay extra for more coffee at breakfast.

Very beautiful property in a great natural setting. The rooms are lovely, well designed, and comfortable. Staff is generally friendly, although English skills are limited, which was not a major issue.
Our stay was heavily affected by ongoing construction. We were informed after booking that construction would end in November and that a discount was included, but in mid-January work was still ongoing. Construction was not limited to the pool area as communicated, but took place throughout the property, including the restaurant and reception. Noise occurred daily from around 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, sometimes directly next to guests during meals. The restaurant selection was very limited, with many items unavailable. While island logistics can be challenging, it was surprising that no fish was available for several consecutive days. Service overall did not meet expectations, with the exception of the beach bar staff member, who was consistently friendly and welcoming.
