Refer above and due to which I lost my 10,000 worth new cloths at the property

Due to AC leakage, we had to change the rooms couple of times due to which there is a misplace of my couple of cloths

Very unprofessional staff and non maintainance of rooms we were facing the AC leakage issue

I would certainly consider their other hotels which are better convenient approachable

Nothing much…. It is your next to a sewage pipeline and the next to the building that is under construction happening so you will not see Pattaya city board Hey Siri start this could have been little more better. Breakfast was also not that so good

Approach is also an issue. It should have been open from both the sides. They have opened only one side and if it had been open from the main road of 711 that Robin much better

Very good

The location, just 5 minutes walk to the Bali Hai pier to Koh Larn. Great service, friendly staff. When we arrive the bell boy Ms.Pop immediately offered us complementary drinks, which was so unexpected. We've been booking around Pattaya it's the few hotel who are still doing such nice gestures to their guests. Everyone was nice there. Recommended.

Maybe if the sewer that was IN front of the hotel possible be covered. There was no stench just life before. But It doesn't look pleasant to look at.

Overpriced

Location is good if going to Bali hai pier and take boat to island,hotel room was very clean and seaview very nice,breakfast buffet was good and lot of healthy choises.

Hotel is at high cliff so quite long walk to downhill if going to walking street etc,room was badly overpriced and thats why it was my first and last stay at this hotel,reception staff english skills quite poor.

would not recommend this hotel false advertising

we paid extra for the best room which was the best thing about this hotel, the view was amazing and comfy beds.

The pictures advertised are false. the breakfast was awful, little choice and the food was tasteless. The juice was warm and there was little English options available. There was screaming and shouting in the corridors most of the night. no where to hold luggage, when we asked we got told to leave them in the entrance for everyone to have access to. The pool has no sun.

I liked the view of the mountain. Made it feel like a jungle retreat. Bed very comfortable and nice bathroom.

Pool area close to city water treatment plant in the front. Not very nice. Power outlet far away from bed, not conveinient when charging phone.

Cool tub, good view, quite pricey

Pillow is hard, too hard for me. They give only one access card per room which is inconvenient as we need access card tap at elevator ☹️

Awesome view. I got room 604, ocean view. It's very convenient to go to the pier and walking street (if that's your thing). Big room, great A/C system. Staff was helpful.

As of Sep 20, 2022, you are allowed to smoke at the balcony, if you are a smoker, that shouldn't be a problem for you. Many people complaint about the smell of water cleansing facility right next to the hotel, for me, 6th floor is not too bad but the smell of people smoking? Dang.. Location is a bit outskirts. But you got a 7-11 near by. Noise - you can hear people dragging chairs and stuffs and from the hallway too. I guess when everything is back to normal, outside can be very noisy. Food - breakfast is served in the room and it can be cold pretty quick. Decent food.
