It has a private entry, free WiFi and free parking, huge back deck with granite counter top, BBQ stove and mini refrigerator. You can enjoy our 0.25 ac beautiful garden with fish pond, fire pit. . and tasting our organic vegetable, fruits in the different seasons. Everything are new, nice, clean and very comfortable. My wife and I are still living on the main floor. We can speak English and Mandarin (Chinese), and we will love to help you to get anything or any information to enjoy your vacation. Just let you know, we will charge you the refundable security deposit $200.00, when you check in. This 3 bedrooms with shared restroom of the rental is only allowed 7 people to stay at night and total up to 12 people free to use our BBQ grill in the backyard. If you want to have a party or small event up to 50 people, it has an extra fee. Please contact the Owner in advance. All of the visitors need to leave before 12:00 am, because our security system and quiet time are started 12-7:00 am. If you want to set up an (up to 50 people) party to use our backyard space from 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm (Friday or Saturday), weekday is till 10:30PM, that it has fee from $250.00 ( weekday) $300.00 ( weekend) up extra charge for just renting our backyard.
