Hop on the Memphis trolley, rent a bike or electric bird scooters as a alternative to walking. This updated contemporary 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is centrally located between Front and Main Street and has a lot of it's original charm. Walk 3 blocks to Beale St. and half a block too Vance Park and Tom Lee park where the annual Memphis in May festival is held. Also there are several wonderful local restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions within steps of the front door. The National Civil Rights museum is less than 2 blocks from the condo. The trolley stop is less then a block from this prime location. If you're going to a Grizzlies game the Fed-X Forum is only a few blocks from the condo.
