House was large enough for our group of 17. The kids loved the pool. The only problem was the air conditioner not being able to adjust below 72 makes the house extremely hot and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Beautiful big house with plenty of room for big family. Could use more silverware & dishes. Pool did not work first 2 days but got sensor replaced & it was good rest of time there DVD player did not work so we could not watch any movies. Kids missed that in evenings. Thought caretaker was going to bring a new one but didn’t. Other than those few things everything was great & we enjoyed it very much.

We did have a lovely holiday however would probably not recommend this property. The property is very tired looking and needs a good clean. We didn't have enough towels for teh number or people or enough cups or glasses. The hoover had no plug and so had obvioulsy not been used to clean the property prior to our arrival and the pool didn't look as though it had been cleaned. My mum had a foul smell on her pillow case and so we decided to take the cover off to wash it and in doing so a dead mouse fell out of the pillow case!! There was also a dead mouse in the outside cupboard. The pool light switch was broken and had to be turned on with the use of pliers. Also the main gate into the housing estate didn't work at all with the scanning in card they gave us and so we had to press the buzzer and be asked to be let into the community every single time we came back from a day out. We had to contact the property management team every day for about the first 5 days with various issue. They did always respond however we had no apology for any of our issues - not even the dead mouse in the pillow! We didn't let this ruin our holiday and had a lovely time but I would be wary of booking this property.

There were a few issues, but they were addressed almost immediately. We did not know about the separate ice making. The air conditioning needed to be set at a lower temperature, but worked well after lowering the thermostat. Had a great time.

The shower curtain liner in upstairs bedroom , the bottom of it is dirty and stained and very unsightly looking. Would be very inexpensive to replace. Toilet seat in downstairs bathroom is a small seat for a elongated toilet and is partially scraped..Bathroom rugs should be washed between vacationers. They were obviously dirty. These are minor issues in an otherwise great place, but would improve appearance greatly.

This property was perfect for our party of 20!! Roomy, nice pool area. Ease of check in/check out. Some small concerns; toilet seat in lower level bathroom was wrong size and chipped; ice maker did not work.

Victoria and James were amazing and very accommodating. We had an issue when we first checked in . The property managers were here with in 30 min and helped us and provided all the items we needed. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because the house needs a deep cleaning. New paint and clean the base boards and windows. Other wise everything was wonderful. Thank you again!

I read the reviews on this property after we booked and was kinda sceptical about some of them. We arrived to a beautiful setting. The house is a must visit if you are planning to go to Orlando or Kissimmee! It was everything we need for a big family. The kids loved the pool had everything they need, we didn't even have to take out our floats and toys. They enjoyed the house more than Disney World and that's the honest truth. We will most diffently do this again. In the 5 yrs of renting homes for vacation this one is rated #1. The house in Galveston was #1 but because we can sit outside bug free in this house is the top of the line patio!!!! Awesome House ❤❤❤

House was nice but- hasn’t been cleaned well in a while. 2 mice were running around. Carpets are stained upstairs . Ice maker didn’t work. Door handle to pool came off. Pool area has weeds all over pavers. For the money we have stayed in nicer places. House needs TLC.
