Had a very long few days. I was staying in the area for work and it was a horrible experience having to come to the room

Hotel looked very nice from the outside

Roaches everywhere. My girlfriend went to take a sip of her drink and there was one on her cup. We turned on the light in the morning and roaches scattered everywhere.

Glad it was just for one night

It was fairly clean the staff was helpful because they had to let us in the building and our room their room key machine was not working! Was not aware that there were mostly long term residents there so the smells from cooking and yelling and screaming were not ideal. Not really an overnight stay place.

The roach problem was bad. The exterminator had recently been there but there were roaches all over the place

Fix roach problem

the scenery surrounding the hotel was nice and the surrounding area was nice that was about it

it was very moisty inside the rooms not to include infestation with roaches to the point I had to pack all my things up and leave… This is the worst I’ve ever seen there was roaches coming from everywhere the beds walls sofa im still having the icks about this visit..

Fourth of July stay!

Convenient location and the staff, including the manager, are super nice. You have Publix next door along with several food places in the same shopping center. If you want doordash or ubereats, they are super quick with delivery since everything is centrally located within range of this establishment. The beds are high but very comfortable. The room (2 queen beds, 2nd floor) we were in was super spacious and the air conditioning was very good! We stayed here due to our air conditioner going out the day before fourth of July and couldn't get anyone out until the day after. 🙄 I would stay here again! But, I would stop by a dollar store for cups, silverware, plates, etc.

You have to pay for EVERYTHING! Most hotels you get plastic/styrofoam cups and a coffee maker. You have to rent the coffee maker, dishes, cookware, etc. Also, only one (1) device is able to get on free wifi.

It was convenient for the location but not for the stay.

I definitely liked the property for the location

The picture of the property vs in person did not match or meet my expectations. people hanging around in the parking lot and hallways made me extremely uncomfortable. The rooms didn’t feel comfortable or clean.

Great hotel & location & love that it’s pet friendly.

Pet friendly(except the high $35 a night pee fee)

The fact the hotel called me right when I’ve arrived to Florida to tell me my reservation had been cancelled due to Booking.com just letting people make reservations and it’s no rooms available. So I drove around aimlessly looking for a hotel until I finally called back and told the night time clerk my issue and he made sure I had a room available. I was so happy and relieved so I really can’t understand why they canceled it in the first place. I can’t remember names, but that clerk on Friday night night shift around 9:30p need a Kuddos and praise.

short distance from restaurants and walking distance from Publix

Didn’t like the fact that you had to request for an iron and iron board. Free wi-fi was for only one device.

Never again.

Nothing although I did appreciate receiving my refund by Tuesday afternoon.

This hotel was infested with cockroaches. It was disgusting. Also, Calvin who was working at the front desk lied and told me that Saturday, 2/18/23 was his first day of work at that hotel. I found out that he had been there all week. I was taken aback that I received no apologies for the conditions of the place. It wasn't until I mentioned it that Calvin said I'm sorry about this. I drove 400 miles to get there and in 12 hours, checked out before 12am and drove 400 miles to get back home. I asked both Calvin and the man who was there before him if they could recommend other accomodations, I was told we do not have a sister hotel nearby by the first gentleman and to google it by Calvin. I explained to Calvin that I would but I do not get reception in their hotel. He was not helpful at all and obviously didn't care about my wellbeing.

Forgettable

There was no breakfast, only coffee.

Have more frequent visits by pest control since there were roaches in the rooms. This was confirmed by myself and 3 others guests.

Nothing. Infested with roaches.

Room was infested with live roaches. We were suppose to stay 2 nights, left after the first night. We slept with the lights on. At $150 night, you would expect a clean room and no bugs.

Rooms are clean. Staff is amazing

ROACHES!!!! And lots of them. We had 3 rooms during our one month stay there. 2 of the rooms had roaches. We can see roaches crawling on the walls and floor all day and night.
