About this apartment rental
Plush fully furnished condo located on the Island on Lake Travis - a luxurious, serene, and breathtaking island villa. Get ready to be refreshed. Enjoy access to golf course, marina, biking/hiking trails, bird watching reserves, wineries, pool, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center/gym, etc. Also enjoy proximity to Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc., with a galore of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc.
We also have a 10' x 24' boat slip rentable for $50/night.
NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!

The property is peaceful and really nice. We enjoyed just watching the sunset off the balcony.

The room is beautiful, the views are outstanding and the grounds very well kept. We had a bit of an issue with check-in but it was resolved very quickly by Obi and we were made whole. The only issue we had was with a very unprofessional property manager by the name of Loretta who doesn't understand customer service. Outside of that we would recommend this stay.

The property was beautiful with the lake view and landscape, however lacked maintenance. The pool was not kept well and the spa was not filled. The apartment itself had an odor, the vents were dusty and dirty and there were cobwebs on the lamps. The coffeemaker still had an old filter and coffee grounds in it. Overall the property is in a wonderful location and has so much potential.
