Property was conveniently located. We enjoyed the flat and the area. Lots of restaurants and the tube nearby. Ricky thoughtfully left us fruit snd drinks. Easy check-in. Quiet flat. Highly recommend.

Great location, plenty of stores and restaurants. easy access to the tube station. Everything we needed was provided. Only issue was our taxi driver had difficulty finding the location.

This is a lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood and close to public transportation and local restaurants. It is an easy walk to Kensington gardens and Royal Albert Hall. Ricky responded quickly when we could not locate keys in the designated location. Seems the cleaner did not leave them in promised spot. Once we found a phone number for Ricky, response came quickly and we were able to get into apt. The fridge was stocked with s number of beverages which was nice. Overall it was a pleasant stay as we toured London area.

This was a perfect place for our excursions in London for the week. My elderly mother found the flat very accessible and the proximity to the tube was such a plus! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing location. Property was exactly as described. Easy to follow directions. You could definitely tell it was somebody’s home. For me it felt a little too lived in, but it’s entirely a personal preference. comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

What a lovely place to call home base in London. First, the flat is clean, spacious, quiet and great for families. The beds are very comfortable and having two bathrooms is excellent. The kitchen has everything you would need, including a washer/dryer. There are a couple of adaptors and lamps with USB for charging devices. The location is great. Very short walk to Earls Court underground which quickly gets you to Notting Hill, museums, and Victoria station for theater or bus tours. It's an easy to walk to grocery stores, Kensington/High Street, and the Earls Court area - all of which have good selection of restaurants, pubs, shopping. We enjoyed meals at Cleopatra, Dishoom, a couple of the local pubs, and The Muffin Man for a casual British 3-tier tea. Ricky was easy to communicate with, responded quickly, and we felt very welcomed when we found that he left us a huge platter of fruit and a selection of beverages. :) I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location - steps from the Tube so access to all the main attractions. The Earl’s Court station also has a lift (most do not) which is great for families. The apartment was great and comfortable for our family - 2 adults, 1 toddler and infant. Thank you Ricky for amazing communication!

Ricky is a very conscientous host, the check-in was straightforward and he responded quickly to our messages. The location is fantastic with Earl's Court station at the end of the street. The apartment is quiet, clean and comfortable, just a few steps up from the building entry. It is clearly a lived-in home but the owners could be a little more relaxed about protecting their rugs and furniture. Recommended.

Very comfortable, slept very well. Location brilliant with an Mand S, Greggs, Boots, several small food shops. Thought the Kings Head pub was the best. Tube station short walk. Would definitely recommend, thank you for our stay.

This property is well situated in Kensington/Earls Court close to the Cromwell Road. It is very quiet which is a bonus. The host was a superb communicator and left us a huge plate of fruit and masses of coffee and tea which was much appreciated. Lots of information about the surroundings as well. We managed to squeeze five of us into the flat with no problem.

This was my first time ever using a vacation rental and I am now a convert! Ricky and Guistina made the process easy and we’re extremely accommodating. They were honest in their description of the property. We also met some fruit and soft drinks waiting to welcome us. The Flat This spacious two bedroom , two bath flat in the elegant Gloucester Road area of Chelsea is perfectly located. All the amenities are available (Cable TV/Netflix). Lovely kitchen with basic provisions (I.e. tea/coffee/squash). Everything we needed to get settled in was there! The dining table seats 6 persons. The sofa was quite comfy as well! We all know that’s what makes home truly home! The heart of the city It’s 5 minutes from Earls Court Road, about 10 minutes walking distance from Gloucester Road (the tube station). It’s also walking distance from Kensington Gardens! It’s is at the heart of London luxury. Loved the restaurants! I was able to go to either Sainsbury’s, Tesco or Waitrose for groceries. Boots the chemist is also nearby. It was easy to find the property and it is about 35 minutes from Heathrow which is quite convenient. I rate this property 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Ricky for being accessible to us and willing to answer any questions that we had!

Very comfortable, roomy, clean and quiet flat. It was perfect for our stay in London with our two teens. Very close and convenient metro stop. A short walk to the grocery to pick up items for breakfast. Quiet and perfect spot for resting up for another day of London touring. Ricky communicated quickly and effectively. We had originally planned to come in May 2020 but due to the pandemic we were delayed. I greatly appreciate him honoring our rescheduled travel. I highly recommend this VRBO choice!

This is a great little apartment in Kensington that's very near the Marriott. We enjoyed the apartment during our the day stay in London.

We were grandparents and teenage boys on their first trip to London. The apartment was really convenient for the museums first thing and then for getting around rest of London. Useful to have supermarket so close. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everything that you could need. Check-in instructions were very clear and Ricky contacted us to make sure everything ok. I’d stay here again.

This flat worked out perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we had plenty of room Grocery store was close and we cooked meals in the kitchen. Tube was close by. We had no issues at all and would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment had such an amazing location, 15 minutes walk to South Kensington, museums etc. 10 minutes walk to Kensington shops and restaurants. 5 minutes to Earls Court Tube. The apartment was bigger than we expected! Beds were so comfy, and 2 bathrooms was very useful. Great communication prior, during and after our stay. Check in and out was so smooth. The fruit provided was great for snacks in the morning. Would 100% recommend and we'll definitely be back x

This is in a great location!!! Close to tube/ trains, coffee shops, shopping etc……. Apartment very clean. Lotsa rules but easy to follow and most just common sense, but I guess some guests can be troublesome? Communication was great with Ricky, not super flexible with booking with Covid going on so be sure you are committed! Overall turned out great!

The apartment was great. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We cooked Christmas dinner there for seven of us and it was a fabulous place to spend the holidays. It was close to so many London attractions but was very peaceful and quiet. We would go there again in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience staying at Ricky’s property. He was super helpful with our check in even though our ferry was delayed and we got in very late. The place was clean and comfortable and suited our needs well. We appreciated the cute neighborhood and close subway to all the main attractions we wanted to see in London. We are a family of four and found the apartment more than big enough for us. It is well appointed, and is in a superb location close to restaurants, public transit, and grocery stores. Also it’s close to the Natural History Museum, the V and A, and other tourist sites. Henry is a great communicator, and our stay was delightful.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week. It was very comfortable and in a great location, with a short walk to Earl's Court tube station and within walking distance to several dining options and sites to see. Richard greeted us upon arrival at the building and gave us a quick tour of the apartment.

The flat is just as pictured in the photographs. Clean and cosy. Richard is very welcoming. We had no problems with our staying. Richard was very flexible with our checkin and checkout hours which was perfect because our flights were very early in the morning and very late in the evening. We were welcomed with delicious fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. The accomodation is 2 mins walk from the tube, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The beds are very confortable.
