Located in Harpswell, this lovely house for $275 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This is a newly renovated home, with a nice size kitchen with everything you made need for preparing your meals. Children under the age of 17 are free to stay. A large living room to relax and the t.v. Is cable ready and we offer Netflix also. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. We provide all the linens and towels. There is a full bathroom with a tub. There is a deck attached to the house for relaxing. Here is a propane fire pit for your own personal use. Enjoy the large yard and private parking. It is wheelchair accessible. There are many local walking paths. Enjoy watching the fisherman leaving the bay to get their daily catch. Bald and golden eagles are a pleasure to watch flying overhead. There is a propane fire pit to enjoy while sitting outside. Many local attractions to see. Go kayaking right out front of the house. Enjoy fishing and/or swimming off the dock just out front of the house. There is a private deck attached to the house. The nearest town is Brunswick.

Nice enough but a little rough. Older home that is fixed up some for rental. Furniture is older but OK. Floors a little uneven. AC was a window unit and portable unit and they struggled to keep up with 78 degree days. Everything worked though and the stay was nice. Location is under an hour to Portland which is nice yet it is very remote area with pretty views of the water. Lots of places to take 1.5 to 2.5 mile wooded walks. Good food in the area withing 20 minutes.

Home was very clean, comfortable, cozy and included all the essentials. Loved the water views and easy access to the dock. Husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and I enjoyed shopping at the Freeport outlets. It was a great relaxing vacation and hated to have to leave but will definitely be returning next year. The owners Connie and Mike are great people which we enjoyed chatting with.

After 6 days is crowded Bar Harbor, this was a perfect spot to relax. The weather was perfect, the views were great and the house had everything we needed.

Nice little cottage on the water. My husband and I stayed for one night on our way up to Canada. The hosts were easy to contact and allowed us to bring both our dogs with us. There is access to the dock and the hosts have plenty of safety vests for those who are staying on the property. Very nice porch to sit on and watch the water and the lobster boats go by. The only issue we had was that there are no doors for the bedrooms (the downstairs bedroom has a curtain over the door frame for privacy)-- not a big deal for the bedroom upstairs, but the downstairs bedroom is right next to the living room; this could be challenging if you are traveling with people who go to sleep/wake up at different times. I also recommend bringing an eye mask if you prefer to sleep in-- as another reviewer said, the sun is bright in the morning (I used this as an opportunity to watch the sun come up over the water, but I can see how others might want to sleep in). There are plenty of books and some games to play; I did not see a DVD player, so consider bringing a laptop or tablet if you have kids.

We had a great stay. Rustic cabin with beautiful water view, quiet. We had no issues. Overall location is close to a lot of attractions which is what we wanted. Plenty of outdoor space for our fur-kids! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This traditional Maine "camp" is where you wish you could wake up every morning. The house itself is basic, but checks all of the boxes - clean, functional, welcoming, on gorgeous Casco Bay, remote-yet-not-too-far from anything you might need. We weren't there long enough to take full advantage of kayaks and swimming (and it was a chilly September weekend - Maine swimming only for the truly hardy!), but we did have morning coffee on the dock and the kids put out a fishing line in between other activities. The cabin is very close to the owners house and another camp they rent, but this was not an issue for us as Mike & Connie are lovely people and very willing to help, and the neighbors were quiet. The sleeping arrangements are also not terribly private, but we were with family, so again, not an issue for us. This is just a beautiful location and there is tons of things to do in Mid-Coast Maine - we loved seeing the trolls at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens!

Connie and Mike are lovely, friendly, and accommodating. The house met our needs and the kayaking options were terrific. Great swimming off the deep water dock. The proximity of the owners’ house was surprising, but not a problem. We are hoping to return.

This property looked at a beautiful body of water and we had access through a dock and could have used their canoes and kayaks which we didn't. It was enough to get in the water and just take in the sun. The owners live next door and were very friendly and easy to deal with. We loved it. Only problem was the upstairs was hot but we were there during a heat wave.

This was our second vacation here, and we'd come back again. As before, the location for what we wanted to do couldn't have been better. The three islands offer so much, Freeport and Camden aren't that far away, there are great parks for hiking, and the seafood availability is super. We saw eagles and herons every day from the deck and dock, and we just couldn't ask for more. Icing on the cake: Connie and Mike are wonderful hosts. Thanks for everything.

We were a group of four and some furry friends and had an amazing time at Connie and Mikes. Great views, dock access, fire pit, and location. Make sure to grab some lobsters down the road, check out Freeport, and take advantage of the many walking trails in the area. Will definitely be back if the listing is available!

Centerview was a delightful space that was perfect for a weekend getaway with our young family. The single floor living layout made spending time together easy regardless of what each person was doing. Being right on the the water made for beautiful views, and with hiking just across the way, there was plenty of exploring to be had.

This place is super cute and has a great location!! No complaints at all! Loved sitting on the dock in the mornings and evenings. We will be staying here again in the future. The host even kept my brother-in-law and nephew company, while we were sightseeing around the area. I am sad that I didn't get to personally meet them. It sounded like they were really cool folks. Hopefully, in the future, I will get to shake their hand and thank them for keeping the kids busy.

Cozy, comfortable cottage on charming bay, off a quiet dirt road. Sunrise views over the water. Direct water access for paddle boarding and kayaking, and a lovely lawn to sit and read a book or eat at the picnic table. Cottage was immaculately clean. Adjacent to owners home (who are lovely people) and another small cottage. I enjoyed seeing the lobster boats go by and watching the seals and birds on the water. A short easy drive to Brunswick. A relaxing, wonderful stay!

Great location right on the water! Connie was super responsive, before and during our stay. The internet went down during our stay but she got it fixed as soon as we told her about it. The house is a bit rustic but was very clean.

Everything was perfect with exception that property owner never replied to a message I sent days before arriving, and after arrival and check in, I texted property owner to ask a couple questions regarding use of kayaks and corn hole game, & never heard back. So basically even if you are on property, don't expect to be able to communicate with property owner / hosts, you will be ignored.The area and island are absolutely beautiful, & I will definitely be going back for a much longer stay next time. While I would be very happy to stay in this cottage again, as it really was perfect , I will likely look for a different air bnb / VRBO host next time due to lack of communication from host. God forbid there were an emergency. Its a very uncomfortable feeling staying in someone's home, that you don't know, when they won't reply to you.I think I would have enjoyed our stay far more had there been appropriate communication with host.I have stayed in many Air BNB / VRBO's & never had this happen.Very odd.......
