Detailed description: Known as The House of Glass and Art, guests are greeted with a huge one-of-a-kind front door and Lalique crystal doorknob. Upon entry, guests will be impressed with the stunning Dale Chihuly blown glass chandelier that hangs over the live edge dining room table. Continuing the tour through the 5,000-square-foot home, guests are immediately impressed with the overall modern, open, and comfortable feel. Designed around the huge heated pool, the walls of glass let guests view the pool and professionally designed landscaping from every room. The Great Room. Located just past the modern bar, this room quickly becomes a guest favorite for conversation, relaxing, and watching movies on the 70" LCD HDTV. With 28-foot-high ceilings, views of the outdoors, a huge glass-burning fireplace, a sound system with Bluetooth, and ample seating, it is easy to see why this room is a guest favorite. The Kitchen and second dining area. As guests enter the kitchen area they will notice the one-of-a-kind, antique, etched Vitrolite glass walls in the second dining area. The kitchen is another huge room fully equipped with Viking appliances and has ample space for numerous people to prepare meals. The kitchen boasts a 60" Viking gas range with six burners, two 30' ovens, a griddle, and a grill. As a convenience and a money saver to our guests, we supply a fully stocked spice cabinet. The Bedrooms. Five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. The luxurious master suite is enormous and is equipped with an Italian-designed Cantoni king bed, pull-out sofa bed, and 50" LCD HDTV. Perfect complements to this bedroom are the dual master bathrooms. Outfitted with an enormous two-person soaking tub, a large dual-head shower, LED lighting, separate vanities, and separate private water closets. Two bedrooms upstairs are nicely decorated, fitted with queen beds, 40" LCD HDTVs or larger, ceiling fans, and large walk-in closets. The third bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, a bunk bed, 40" LCD HDTVs or larger, ceiling fans, and large walk-in closets. Additionally, for our larger groups, we have three rollaway memory foam beds and two queen air mattresses. The 5th bedroom known as the "Harry Potter Suite" has 6 ft ceilings and is a hit with kids and adults. It has two queen beds. Therefore, the home can sleep 14 people in real beds without even using air mattresses, roll-away, or couches. You can play and be active in the large pool or sit back and relax in the large 12-person heated spa! This home is the place for fun, entertaining, and romance! Guests have privacy and safety with the combination of being located at the end of a cul-de-sac and with a huge brick wall that surrounds the back of the home. Note: the heated pool is an extra $200 per day with a 2-day minimum. It is not necessary to heat the pool from July to September due to warm weather. Pool heating is not offered January-February due to freezing temperatures. Please let us know in advance if you want the pool heated to 87 (maximum) degrees. The pool cannot be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees during your stay. Ok, the place was big, however, very outdated. We felt like we walked into the 80s (Scarface ere to be exact). The rooms were ok; the patio was a great size and big pool, however, it was dirty (tons of tree debris). We had to call to get assistance with turning on the TV inside the house and the pool in the patio did not work. Very strict rules: we were not allowed to have guests over who were not approved to stay at the house and we could only have 3 cars in the cul-de-sac. Anyways, the place worked for the few days were we there for a wedding.

Beautiful home. Owners were very attentive and took care if any questions. Helped me figure out how to work the hot tub AND allowed me to park my rental car in the garage due to an incoming storm. Simply amazing. I can not recommend enough.

We had the best time at this beautiful home! Pool, hot tub, kitchen, living spaces were all perfect for hosting a large group!! Property manager was so quick to respond and answer any questions. She even came to the house within 10 mins after we told her we couldn’t figure out how to heat the pool. Ample towels and toiletries provided! Would stay here again.

Great bedrooms and bathrooms and common areas. Perfect to have the pool and hot tub and the pool table for group hang-out. The only caution is that there are stairs and step up/down that need paying attention, especially for elderly family members.

Great check in process. The house has a nice floor plan and is in a great neighborhood. The rooms are thoughtfully set up. We found it spacious and comfortable. The house could use some simple maintenance, like cleaning air filters and return vents, changing water filters, replacing broken light fixtures, providing proper cookware, and ant control around the spa. The pool is extra to heat, in case you missed that small print info like I did. Which is weird, cos either the hot tub heats or the pool does, but not at the same time. And I think the spa comes ‘with’ the price. Lawn guys come at 8 am sharp on Tuesdays and the pool guys are on Wednesdays. Nice coffee bar set up in Butler’s Pantry. And nice bar area off sunken living room. We had a good time here.

My line sisters and I rented this property to celebrate 22years in Delta Sigma Theta and it did not disappoint!!!! From the moment we entered the property, were impressed with place—from the beautiful furnishings, the pool, the spaciousness, the game room, etc. We did not have to leave the property and were able to enjoy each other and our retreat!!! If you are able to book this property, you won’t regret it!!!

I planned this weekend trip to celebrate a friend getting married. The pictures do not do this location justice - the property is huge! Plenty of room for large parties to be all together or split into smaller groups. The downsides I noticed was that one room with two beds had a really low ceiling (I am 6'1" and I felt like a giant), there did not seem to be an abundance of pool towels, and checkout procedures were not consistent between what it listed on the website, the email I received before check-in, and the printed list provided to you at the property. Otherwise, this property was a great location!

I traveled with my family and my boyfriend over the New Year's Eve holiday. We had a great time and enjoyed the spacious home. Very nice and quiet neighborhood with the house located on a cul de sac. The property manager was extremely attentive when minor issues arose. It is an older home with renovations, very accurate to photos online. We didn't use the pool, but it did look wonderful. Beds were comfy. Overall great stay!

We loved how much space there was! So many areas for eating, visiting. Pool looked WONDERFUL but we only enjoyed the hot tub on our visit. Very quiet neighborhood - great location for getting to local activities too!

This residence is a step above the rest. The pictures don’t do the actual home justice with how beautiful it is. Super clean. More than enough of everything: (i.e. towels, beds, kitchen necessities, etc.). Clear and concise check out requirements. Hosted 17 people for a college reunion. Highly recommend.
