Check out the reviews for further proof.* Caribbean style estate is large and designed for family & friends to enjoy and relax in while vacationing in the Tampa / Clearwater / St Pete community. Located across the street from Busch Garden's Adventure Island water park. You can walk to either park in minutes! This charming home has been completed remodeled, most everything is new from the roof to the hardwood floors. The furniture selection and floor plan design have all been well-thought-out to provide maximum relaxation. There are two master bedrooms, one of which has a full bath. Bathrooms are completely new and beautiful. Two bathrooms are important when gatherings are large. Home features a huge entertainment area surrounding the well-appointed kitchen. There are 3 flat-screen TVs; 50', & two 30' with soundbars. Cable TV and high-speed internet, Wi-Fi. There are 2 patios and a front porch with rocking chairs! Backyard is filled with tropical fruit trees; papaya, avocado, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, 4 mango trees. All fenced in to give you seclusion and peace. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are 45 minutes away ( St. Pete beaches, Clearwater). Location is central to all Tampa's best attractions; Airport, Downtown, Ybor City, Seminole Casino, USF University, Stadium, & major highways (275 & 75). Check out City Pass for deals on entry to Zoo, Busch Gardens, and Aquarium. Most importantly we will do our very best to ensure that you and your guest have a great stay here. We had a great stay this weekend for our daughter's graduation from USF! The property is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just minutes away from USF and the host could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

The property was clean and cozy. It was well stocked with dishes, etc. The property owners were very friendly and welcoming. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 1 child. It was a good value...much less than getting separate hotel rooms. I recommend this property if you are in the Terrace Park, Temple Terrace, Busch Gardens, University of South Florida section of Tampa.

I would love to say we had a bad experience to ensure it will be available every time we visit Tampa, but I'd never do that to these gracious owners! Everything was clean & comfortable! The starfruit was delicious, the beds & furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was as described. Porches were great! Too hot to enjoy the back yard, but it's spacious and well laid out, and we enjoyed the salamanders visiting! We hated to leave, but are looking forward to making this our home away from home while my Bull is at USF! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, Sidney & Berta!!

This is an immaculate, well maintained property. It is nicely done up in Caribbean style with attractive, comfortable furnishings organized for relaxing with family and friends. The excellent beds alone are a good reason to make this your "home" in Tampa. This house was on a par with the best VRBO's we've used.

When we arrived host met us at housw with fresh fruit from the yard, answered any questions we had and showed us around. The beds were comfy and house large enough for everyone to have their own space. The back yard was amazing. Had a 3 yo who loved catching lizards. There were 8 of us who came in for a concert. Could not have been happier. Would definitely recommend. Owners very pleasant and courteous. Would definitely recommend!!

This property is in the perfect spot for access to the theme park and water park. Also very close to USF and lots of shopping and dining options. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions.

They house was beautiful and very spacious. We were so close to the water park and the amusement park, only 6 minutes away from where I had to be to graduate. So many fun things to do right out the front door. The property managers were so nice and understanding. We will definitely be back, and definitely suggest this property to everyone we know!

Our family stayed in this house to attend a nearby dance competition. The house had plenty of room and a great backyard for the children to play. It was clean and perfect for our weekend. Thank you Sydney!

We primarily picked this due to the location to the parks. It really is walking distance. The hosts were very engaged in our stay when we reached out to them. Having the 4 bedrooms was great.

This property gave us lots of room for our 3 families. There were 9 of us and we walked to Busch Gardens park every day! The teenage boys loved the rides and we all enjoyed the animals. The walk was about a 15min hike. Being close allowed us to walk home for lunch if we chose to. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but there are Busch security trucks driving down the road several times a day and we felt safe. The only improvement that could have been made was the seating for meals. There is a table that seats four and the kitchen bar but the stools aren’t the correct height for the counter top. We ate all our dinners out, so it wasn’t a big deal.. The place was super clean and we had two items I needed to call about after check in, that were handled immediately. Thanks for a great vacation.

PROS
- Check-in was smooth and swift; owner Mr. Payne met us and gave us the 411 about everything we needed to know.
- The home is as pictured with some updates that add to your comfort.
- The neighborhood is quiet and their were no issues that made us concerned about safety.
- The entire home is clean. The kitchen was stocked with your basic cooking needs; appliances and dishes were clean. Bedrooms and bedding clean and fresh. Bathroom and linen were clean and fresh. Living-room, clean and comfortable. Backyard and patio were clean with a lot of outdoor seating.
- Washer and dryer were PLUS!
- You can walk to Busch Garden Gardens, but you’ll need transportation to get out and shop or head to the city of Tampa. This home is about 20 mins from the city, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet while relaxing in house!
CONS
- The only downside to this home is, you have to leave at some point.

Just awesome. Large house with plenty of room for 5 adults. Beautiful outdoor spaces. Walking distance to Busch Garden (we walked home for lunch). Close to main roads, restaurants and grocery stores. Full kitchen with all you need to cook a meal. Truly a great experience for our family.

We were looking for something close to Busch Gardens so we could go back and forth to the park. The house is across the street from the water park and around the corner from Busch Gardens. Both are within walking distance. The house itself is as spacious and clean. It was perfect for our party of nine. Screened in porch and large backyard.

My stay here was wonderful. The house looks great in the photos but even better in person. Sydney and Berta were great in keeping constant communication throughout the stay. You are literally walking distance from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. The neighborhood is very quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

AMAZING!!!! I was a little worried about it being so close to 2 amusement parks, but there was no excessive noise or traffic. The star fruit tree out back was delicious. Sydney and Berta were a gem and very easy to contact, if needed. We felt very comfortable staying here!
