The house was just what we were looking for in a winter getaway! Location was perfect about 10 min drive from Sag and about 1 mi from nearest beach to walk (Long Beach). Chris was responsive and easy to contact before and during the trip.

Our group of 9 (plus dogs) enjoyed our stay here for our annual Friendsgiving. The house is a short drive to town and we loved the big kitchen/dining area for group meals. There were a few minor issues with the wifi and heating but the owner responded promptly and was able to resolve them. Note that the listing says there is a hot tub but there is not (there is a pool). Overall, I'd recommend this place for a group trip to Sag Harbor!

The house is lovely. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor areas, the living areas. Drive to town was under 10 minutes. Very convenient. The owner is an absolute doll!

Beautiful property. Chris, the owner, is responsive, knowledgeable and takes pride in his home. Everything you will need for an UPSCALE vacation is at your fingertips. We stay at a lot of VRBO properties, this was by far the best. We booked this 6 mos. in advance and would recommend booking early so as not to loose out on this home. Close to all Hamptons, secluded but SAFE.

Nice home with lots of room for up to 10ppl, beautiful pool and landscaping. Only thing to note is that the the living room, dining room and kitchen are up a flight of stairs; and 2.5 additional bedrooms are down a flight of stairs. At times, those stairs were annoying like when bringing many bags of groceries in. Chris was responsive to our needs or questions.

This is a gorgeous home in an idyllic setting. The height gives you beautiful summer breezes The decor is most attractive with contemporary art throughout andm the art is lighted as well as the columns as you enter. We were five ladies from Dallas - we like our own bedrooms, a comfortable gathering spot for wine and cards of which this is most appealing and a safe secure environment. The home is so well appointed and close enough to shop and dine in a different city each day in the Hamptons. We helped the economy and found so many shops we do not have in Texas. When we came back we felt secure and locked in. Fine Pella windows and doors are everywhere Very attractive bathrooms, an open air kitchen and family room with Viking Appliances, surround sound and large tv We go someplace each year and would definitely recommend this. Chris was a quick answer away if needed. Drawers in the kitchen are so organized and labeled as you pull them out. This home is near as a pin. As we stayed two weeks we paid for cleaning a week in. For over eight hours I saw them working. Itvwacs immaculate. We enjoyed wine on the upper deck but didn’t take advantage of the pool and grill by the pool or in the upper deck As it’s up slightly on a hill we enjoyed wine at an outdoor table at the top deck with the breeze through the treetops.Ate at home one night after going to Round Swamp Farm and had breakfast and coffee everyday there. What a great trip to the Hamptons. Thank you Chris.

Everything about the property and process was a breeze. Christian was easy to reach and very attentive. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Wonderful kitchen, living and dining space… very open concept! Kitchen was well stocked as were the linen Quiet neighborhood setting, loved our walks to the beach in the evening. Perfect place to relax and reconnect!

This is an incredible property with everything (and then some) that you'll need for relaxing Hamptons weekend. The house is great, the location is perfect, and it allowed for us to have a great trip to the Hamptons. Chris was very helpful and communicative to make it a really smooth and enjoyable process!

There are no instructions at all in the home. The check in guy never showed to show us how to use anything. While the owner is very nice, he has not been AT the house for quite sometime. I took my time to let him know all the things that were out of place and needed repair. The top floor -where we spend all of our time-is ungodly hot; while the bottom floors are freezing cold. The air conditioning system is not throughout the house and does not work properly . You will be charged for the pool heater as we barely used it (never touched heater temp) and we were charged. The pool toys are dirty and old and cannot be used. You have to drive to downtown -you cannot walk anywhere from house. Must climb many steps to live here (should be pictured in listing). For what it costs to stay here -things should be PERFECT and there should not be additional fees (besides cleaning). I left the house immaculate and even started the laundry but did not receive a review.

We had an amazing time at this property. The house is clean, perfect location 10mins drive to everything one can possibly need. The layout of the house is perfect, the upstairs kitchen/living room space is away from all the bedrooms on the lower floors, which allows different schedule and people to sleep in. The upstairs balcony is amazing for breakfast or night star gazing. The yard and pool is clean, very family friendly and yet provides entertainment and privacy. Chris, property owner, is great, very responsive and accommodating. We had an amazing summer vacation overall. Will definitely book again.

The house was super clean, and the beds (2 king and 3 queen) were very comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, but Chris was Very responsive and quick to reply to any of our queries and come up with solutions. The kitchen/family area is on the top level, 3 bedrooms are on the middle level and two bedrooms were on the basement level. . It wasn’t a problem for us but there are a lot of stairs. The pool, with a poolside basketball hoop, was great fun. The house was well stocked with cleaning supplies, shampoos, etc. The kitchen was spacious but could use more dishes for large groups. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Chris’ tastefully decorated home.

This house is lovely and beautifully situated. It is fully equipped with lots of tech, almost overkill. There are TVs and high-end sound in every room. However, it lacked some key, and very basic, comfort items. First, the water pressure is REALLY low. I'm serious, there wasn't enough water to allow more than one use at a time.. This NOT an issue of not enough HOT water for multiple showers concurrently -- rather, if someone is in the shower, the flow in sinks/toilets elsewhere in the house is reduced to a tiny trickle. Second, it was impossible to lock the house. The front door was out of alignment and would not lock. The owner would do well to attend to this promptly, as I'm sure others will also object. Though we were in contact on this issue, he opted to not take care of it while we were there. A slightly better equipped kitchen would have been welcome --- there was very little in the way of serving dishes or spoons. A book outlining the quirks of the house would have been a plus. We made the mistake of opening a french door toward the pool ---- and the alarm went off. After a lot of searching, we realized there is a small button at the top corner of the door that needs to be pressed simultaneously (a 'safety' device) --- having information on how to turn off the alarm would have been nice. Again, it is a beautiful house and has wonderfully comfortable beds --- I hope these issues can be fixed. Good luck!

Overall it was a week long stay with my family and 2 dogs. The house is a modern, nicely decorated house. Good layout, the flat screen TVs in the rooms was a plus. The rustic wooden dining room table is a great place for meals and family games. We slept well in large beds and great AC!
