Our family enjoyed our time at Rob's home. The deck was great for grilling and watching the kids play in the pool, and is also gated off so we could keep our dogs on the deck. The house also has gates on either end of the stairs, though our kids are older. And there were plenty of books and toys for the kids to play. We got to go to a nearby beach, farmstand, and vineyard during our stay. And loved the pool time (we didn't touch the heater, but it was still an enjoyable temp!). It is very clean and well maintained. We did have some internet issues at first, but Rob was super responsive in helping us troubleshoot. I would make sure to bring some toiletries if you have a larger group and condiment type things if you plan to BBQ. But the house has plenty of towels and pool tubes. Thanks for a wonderful long weekend, Rob!

We had such a nice time at this house. It's close enough to Sag Harbor, but far enough to feel some privacy. The house is set up perfectly for a few couples and maybe some kids in the basement area. The pool is wonderful and the outdoor shower is the BEST I've ever tried. Gas bbq which is a nice plus! The only thing I would recommend is to bring bug spray and wear shoes by the pool as the stone gets hot. All in all, we had the BEST time. Would love to return back. Thank you1!

The house is on a nice piece of property so it was nice to have some privacy. The pool area was delightful with plenty of seating for our crew. The house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There was a nature preserve about a mile away that we walked to. It was beautiful. We will be returning for sure!

I had the pleasure of spending Memorial Day weekend with a group of friends at this home. It is beautifully decorated and is much more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. We had a group of 12 and every person had a bed to sleep on. The backyard is really wonderful and very serene. The backyard is very secluded so with a loud group, we had no issues with neighbors. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and had no problems arise, however for suggestions I would recommend updating the check-in process instructions because they were a bit confusing. Also we had some difficulties with locking/unlocking some of the back doors. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home for potential renters.

What an amazing girls weekend we had at this home! It is gorgeous, comfortable, spacious, and had every amenity we could need! It was just perfect for our group of 10 and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings, cooked dinner in the kitchen, and got some sun by the pool. It is centrally located to lots of activities. We were only there for the weekend, but wished we could have stayed longer! We already can’t wait to go back!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The photos of the property did not deceive. This is a beautiful home. I was able to communicate with the property owner throughout the stay without an issue. At one point an issue occurred and he sent over the property manager In less than an hour to resolve it. Would recommend this property for anyone looking to go to Sagg Harbor as a get away.

The house is charming, super private and very clean. The grounds were well-kept, enclosed and the pool was a great size. I was pleasantly surprised by the baby proofing (gates, cabinet holds, electric covers) which came in handy with our toddlers.Rob was extremely responsive throughout our stay and beforehand.

I've stayed in a number of rentals in the Hamptons over the years and this one, by far, was the most well appointed. We loved how close the house was to the village. What was also lovely? The home was so pristine that it felt as if no one had rented the property in the past. And the biggest plus for us was Apple TV in the living room. It came in handy on the days that it rained. Would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful and clean home. Perfect for our group - we will definitely come back next summer! There's a grill and a pool, which were the best parts of our weekend.
Furthermore, Rob is very responsive to emails and fair about pricing.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was truly everything we hoped for, and more. It is newly renovated, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Rob makes himself very available should you need him during your stay. We had a problem with the AC, and he had someone out to fix it immediately. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation spot, or just a weekend away. I know everyone in my group would recommend it as well. Thanks, Rob, for everything!

We were looking for a relaxing and peaceful break with friends and kids, and luckily found this property. The description and pictures looked great and we were very pleased to find that the actual place exceeded expectations. The space, decor and overall feel of the house was exactly what we wanted, and whilst the grilling had to be done with a little rain overhead we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. It's secluded location, whilst close to Sag & Bridgehampton was perfect for our weekend too.
The owner, Rob, was very friendly and easy to deal with and we certainly would recommend this property and look forward to renting again.

Only one word to describe this rental....fabulous! The house, the grounds, the pool, the location; everything you would want for a relaxing vacation home away. All of the rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The wooded lot made us feel like we were the only house around. This property is even better in person than in the photos. I hope that we can rent this house again in the future.

A group of 8 of us stayed here for a week and it was just perfect. The house is immaculately furnished and very clean, with all the appliances and accoutrement you would find useful in a rental. The house is set back enough from the main roads to be very quiet and private while being just a couple minutes drive away from the grocery store, farm stands and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and a local caretaker was on hand for any emergencies. At one point we ran out of propane and the caretaker delivered a new tank within a couple of hours. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely want to stay here again.

AMAZING! Robert is great at communicating everything you need to know. I could go on in very lengthy detail but all in all, we hope to return over and over again. Our entire group (3 couples) had the best weekend ever. This house had everything we could have ever wanted, the beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen and BBQ are well equipped, the pool was the highlight and the fire pit was great to gather around at night. We loved the speaker setup facing the pool and outdoor dining area. We had plans to go to Mantauk and wine tasting but never left the house because it was so enjoyable and relaxing. We hope to make this airbnb rental a regular group vacation spot!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We stayed for a full week and enjoyed every second. The house is very private and had basically everything we needed. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and everything inside is clean, brand new and in great condition. Owners were very easy to work with as well.

We stayed at this lovely home in Sag Harbor for 5 nights and had no complaints whatsoever! The home was beautiful, clean and had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable - cookware, beachtowels, comfortable bedding etc. Rob was answered all questions I had via email very quickly. We loved the pool, the location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!
