Located in Noyack, this lovely house for $1,108 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy this 4 bedroom, 3 baths is the perfect getaway. Newly furnished, close to Sag Harbor village shops, restaurants and only 5 minutes from Long Beach. Doors leading out to the pool area for you to relax all day or after a day at the beach , Heated salt water Pool. Home theater, Beautifully renovated. Just minutes away from community tennis courts. Near East Hampton, Bridge Hampton, Southampton, and ocean beaches. House is fully furnish and equipped with all linens, kitchen accessories, laundry room and lower level kitchenette. Back patio has a tent and furniture and can be switch to a dining table to accommodate 14 people. We'll be glad to make the changes for you, just let us know ahead of time. Includes two BBQ areas, propane grill and a fire place grill by the pool. This house has all the things you need to have the perfect summer experience with your family and friends ! Winter rentals terms: Pool and outdoor furniture not available until middle of May.

The Seashell is a terrific property and Stan a great host, had the place ready for us and was responsive to anything we needed. We even had the good fortune to extend while we there. And the backyard...amazing. Would 100% rent again.

Great property for family stay! 2 bedrooms on top level, one each on main level and lower level. Back door security doors for kids pool access was a great bonus.
Walkable beach access was huge! Long Beach is a bit pebbly closest to the house but kids loved it. About a half mile down there’s a great sandy beach for swimming. So nice to not have to navigate Hamptons private beach weirdness.
Sag Harbor is the best town on the south fork for visitors!

Alex and Stan were amazing hosts and so responsive with our questions. The house is very clean and well kept and has everything you could ever need. The pool area is truly resort like and made for such a relaxing experience. The house is a short drive to town with amazing restaurants, shops and farmers market and also a quick walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay with our family and absolutely would book here again and plan to return in the future! Thank you Alex and Stan for a wonderful experience!

It was an awesome week for our family! The house is well maintained, clean, comfortable - everything we wanted. It has a great proximity to the North and the South Fork. It is easy to take advantage of both. Our hosts were great and responsive. We had a couple of questions and they were answered quickly. I highly recommend this lovely property.

Great time at this house. The backyard was amazing and the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool! A short walk to Long Beach and a quick drive to Main Street made for a very central and easy location.

We we out there every day for many hours. The house was clean, well kept, and kid friendly. The only couple issues we had were cable TV that didn't work (but there was access to AppleTV and other platforms that worked great) and some traffic noise from being on Noyack Road. Minor issues for sure that would not keep us from renting again. Everyone slept well (beds were very comfortable!), all amenities were top notch, and we really enjoyed our weeklong trip. We hope to return again!!

This home is perfectly situated in Sag Harbor…a walk to the beach on Noyak Bay and a 10 minute drive to town! And close to so many other sweet towns! Our host was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!

We spent a wonderful couple of days at the beginning of summer. The pool in the private backyard was clearly the highlight, but the house and its many different rooms also gave us lots of room at night and guaranteed a wonderful stay.

We’ve never stayed in the Hamptons (from California). This place was amazing! Centrally located. Beach was right across the street. Downtown Sag Harbor was a 5 min drive and was the cutest town we saw in the Hamptons.
The house was awesome for our family! New TVs/ appliances, Cumfy beds, etc. we’ll be likely staying here again on our next Hamptons trip! Love the property. Love the warm pool and lounging.

We loved our stay here. We were a group of 6 friends and there was ample space for us all. The photos in the listing were really accurate, promising a tastefully decorated home and it certainly was. The kitchen was well appointed as was the outdoor grill. Pool area was also very nice. Loved the proximity to town and beaches. This rental is a no brainer!!

We loved our stay at The Seashell house. Alex was a great host. He was very communicative, available, and helpful. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated, and the best part is the backyard with the pool. My family and I had a lot of fun in the pool. We saw several beautiful sunsets at the harbor beach, which is walking distance. There are great markets nearby and Sag Harbor town is just a 6 minute drive. Overall excellent experience!

It was great how close the house was to Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton towns and ocean beaches (short drives for all). Easy walk to the bay beach and a lovely farm stand. The pool was perfectly maintained and a true joy to be in.

We loved loved loved our stay at this house. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beds, couches, comforters, decor etc are so thoughtfully chosen and well appointed. The backyard is beautiful and the saltwater pool is big enough to swim laps in if you want. Alex is also extremely responsive and makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Every person raved about this house. Looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful respite for a hot, sunny summer week. The house is in great shape and charming. Everything we needed for bbq and swim. The fenced backyard is gorgeous with mature landscaping around the large pool, offering spaces for lounging, swimming, grilling...enjoying the summer outdoors. We spent every afternoon in the pool!

We had wonderful 15 days at the Seashell house. Close to everything, yet beautifully isolated in its own oasis of comfort and tranquility. Alex was very responsive and helpful. Loved our stay.

We just came back from a wonderful week at this beautiful home and can't wait to come back again. Everything was perfect - the house is even prettier in person, spotless, and had everything our group of 6 needed. The pool, outdoor amenities, and landscaping are out of this world. The house is perfectly located to Long Beach (a 2 minute walk), both a grocery store and farmers market are right nearby ,2 miles to downtown Sag Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Sagg Main Beach (ocean beach).
Alex, the property owner, couldn't have been nicer and wanted to make sure had everything we needed. A fabulous week from start to finish.

We had an amazing week staying at The Seashell! It was our first time in Sag Harbor, the house is conveniently located for town and local beaches. The house is warm and inviting, a real home from home. It had everything we could have possibly needed and more! The pool area was fantastic, where we spent most of our time. Alex could not have been more helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Sadly we are now home, but booking again for next year, we can’t wait!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Alex and Irma’s home despite the Memorial Day weekend wash out. The home was very well appointed and has everything one would need and for those of you with kids has a separate basement Lounge area with large TV where you can get some separation. The home is less than a five minute walk to Long Beach a great place to walk the dog or go for a run. The back yard and pool area is your own private oasis with two barbecues to choose from. Alex and Irma were great hosts and on top of everything.
