We will reach out right away once a booking is made to collect this information - All guests must check-in at the resort's Front Desk upon arrival - Guests must be 21 years of age, with a valid credit card in their name in order to check-in - The name provided to Vacation Strategy after booking the reservation, is the name that will be placed on the Guest Confirmation. Only ONE name can be placed on the reservations. That will be the ONLY guest who will be allowed to check-in on the day of arrival. Any name change requests must be made prior to the day of arrival and will incur $120 fees. Be sure to provide us with the guest's name (the one person who will be checking in) exactly as it appears on the government-issued photo ID - The Front Desk will require a government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in - Please have a valid credit card with you.
