Includes full-size washer and dryer and fully outfitted kitchen. TVs, Roku & internet. With the living room sleeper sofa, this home comfortably sleeps six.
All expenses are included in the full service lease.
You’ll find bedding, sheets, blankets, towels for bed & bath. Dinnerware & cookware provided. Just bring your suitcase and groceries. We do our best to provide everything else.
Within government per diem. Way better than a hotel room while you're here.

Easy drive to Newport Shipyard, Langley AFB, Ft Eustis, Coast Guard base, Ferguson Enterprises Corporate Headquarters, Wbg-Newport News Airport, Colonial Williamsburg, and lots of beaches.
Since most of our residents stay 3 months or longer, we book 60+ day reservations anytime but we book shorter stays only 30 days in advance. Thanks for understanding.

Property was as shown. Older building, condo was clean, neat, spacious, stocked with essentials, and included full size washer and dryer! Conveniently located, easy access to shopping, restaurants. Host was welcoming and easy to communicate with…checkin and check out were easy. Neighbors were nice as well. Overall a great experience!

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Watching TV in the living room is a bit awkward with the wall mount TV placement, but otherwise had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would consider staying here again on future visits to the area.
