The property was wonderful for our large family. Eugene was helpful and responsive!

Let me start this by saying our family had a PHENOMENAL trip in this beautiful house and location. Our families (4 total) and this location was so far the best (even better than past beach trips). However, we had two issues that I think people renting should know about. Minor: The floors were very dirty, like feet black after walking around dirty. I would expect from the cleaning fee that the floors would be cleaner than they were. We all just wore a pair of socks around. Major: The pool. My gosh, it's beautiful! It is the reason you book the place. However, it was cold and borderline toxic water. I'm a pool person, I own a pool, so when I rent a house with a pool, I often bring test strips (nerd). My test strips said the free chlorine in the pool should have been a mild purple. In this pool, the color was off the charts, and the dark color of a blueberry, and the PH was lower than it should have been. The water burned our eyes and made us all cough if we stayed in it for more than 30 minutes. Because of that, we didn't use the pool much. All in all, our trip was incredible! We made awesome memories, but the pool shouldn't be the attraction. We didn't reach out about the pool. There isn't much you can do to fix that in a week. That's a drain the pool, add water, and balance chemicals kind of fix. Despite that, we'd consider staying there again next time for sure.

I organised my yearly pride retreat here with 24 friends and the house was perfect for such a large group. We were all able to comfortably spread out for the long weekend. Most of the bedrooms were secluded enough that everyone's sleep schedules could be accommodated. It was lovely being able to seat everyone at one table for meals, we usually have to scatter around the house for them! We ended up having rain for most of our trip but we were still able to do plenty indoors. The pool was a huge hit, we spent so much time lounging in the warm room and enjoying the water. Unfortunately the dishwasher did break on our first day and despite maintenance coming out it reminded broken for our whole stay. We had plenty of hands to do dishes though and was a small inconvenience during an otherwise perfect stay. I would absolutely book this property again!

Such a great home, even better than expected. Lots of space, amenities, and peace and quiet. Would 100% recommend for any type of getaway

Everything was spotless when we walked in. Gorgeous upkept house. Alot to keep busy with. Kids and adults loved the pool. Eugene was amazing any questions where answered immediately.

A+ Property, and great communication with the owner. we had a fantastic time! The Property is as described and better. Its spacious well designed and in great condition. The pool is fantastic!!! There was nothing overlooked when this house was designed.The outside Property is also beautiful and relaxing. If you are looking for a great house look no further. We hope to be back again.

We selected this house for size and pool and location. All expectations were met. Great kitchen (add a few more baking pans) new and very easy to prepare large dinners to eat in a beautiful dining room with large family table. Kids have own TV as do adults. Pool table and ping pong kids loved. Great washer and dryer. Host is accommodating and responds quickly on text with multiple questions. Enjoyed the fire pit too. Having wood access would be helpful. A successful weekend even with no snow ! Thank you.

Our extended family of 16 enjoyed our stay. From the outside the house looks small, but inside there is plenty of room with comfortable seating. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of tableware. Excellent WIFi. The kids enjoyed the large pool. The firepit looked nice, but we didn't use it because the ground around it was muddy. The room next to the pool has a wood-burning fireplace. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very little shopping nearby. Be sure to carefully study the list of what is provided. For instance, you should bring salt & pepper shakers and perhaps serving trays. Also, garbage bags, napkins and paper towels. For the kids bring games and pool toys. For a very large group you might want to bring extra towels and blankets. The coffee maker has a pot too short to open the spout from the basket of coffee grounds. If you're making a full pot, do pay attention. In sum, a wonderful place to gather a large group.

This is the second year that we booked at this location. It was for my family which included 12 adults and 12 children. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The pool and size of house to me is the selling point. Can accommodate large families with ease. It certainly isn’t the newest home but very clean and well stocked. I would highly RECOMMEND!

The property was clean and beautiful! Extremely spacious for our large family to enjoy each other’s company. in reading prior reviews, I can tell that the owners read the reviews and address concerns. We had no issues. Definitely will return.

What a great house! The kitchen and dining room were great for large dinners (bring all spices including salt, pepper and sugar). The pool area is great although the pool isn’t as warm as it could’ve been…the room stays warm. You will need your own pool towels and floats. The fire pit is great just hard to walk to in the dark. The house is pretty soundproof if all sliders are closed and only 2 neighbors on the road. All in all great house that I highly recommend for a large family gathering!

This home provided lots of play and gathering areas for our large family. Between the pingpong and pool tables, the swimming pool and outdoor areas, everyone had plenty of fun and enjoyed lots of relaxation during our weeklong stay. Eugene was responsive, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of kitchen eating and cooking ware, and check-in was super easy. However, the home needs of a lot of TLC. Simple repairs (cosmetic and functional), clean floors (bottoms of our socks were black after a couple hours), and rugs on the floors in gathering areas and bathrooms would have made our stay nicer. For the rent charged, I expected better. Additional supplies (paper towels, kitchen trash can liners and drying towels) also would have been helpful.

The house is in a decent location to the waterparks ect. The pool is very dated and didn’t seems like the filtration system was working that well and the property manager doused it with chlorine. The beds were pretty cheap and weren’t that comfortable. When it rained hard the basement flooded near the ping pong table and nobody came and cleaned it up and also there was a raw sewage smell in the back rooms for days also. The house was okay- but for the amount of money we paid we expected a lot better experience .

Plenty of space in a great location. 10 minutes form the casino and mount airy golf course. Walls and doors were paper thin but I think that 95% of the homes in the Poconos. There was a little bit of mold in a few of the bathrooms and typically I wouldn’t really care but for the price per night, I am expecting pristine conditions. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful vacation at the house. Accommodations were just what we needed and properly owner responded promptly and graciously to the few issues that came up. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication and check in process.

Property needs attention. Septic system alarm rang nearly 24 hrs.before e man arrived to correct (turn-off) alarm. Bilco cellar door not sealed, causing a major flood onto the lower level floor with each rain fall. Spouting and landscaping directed to the same area in the lower level causing more rain into the lower level. Reported to maint, but was ignored. Mop there is worn way past its usefulness. American flag is deplorable asnd should be rfeplaced. Needs more pots and pans in kitchen for large families. Area around porches being used as a "trash-container". Food particles should be cleaned up, because of critters visiting on the porch looking for lunch

Had a great time here for a bachelor get-together. We enjoyed the pool immensely and having a bunch of space to spread out and hang out with each other. Only real complaints would be: 1. I had to deep clean the grill so that the flames could breathe--still needs work (I'd say grill puts out 70% of potential heat). 2. Pool table is small, off-kilter, and only one of two pool cues is not broken. No brush to clean the table either, unfortunately. 3. The backyard area was super soft but not exactly outright muddy. The property managers laid down some hay before we got there to make it manageable, but we were anticipating a lot more usable outdoor land to run around and play games. But that's alright. All in all, a great location for a bunch of people to hang!

The house is wonderful. We loved the secluded location, large open kitchen, and of course, the dramatic indoor pool. We had a few chillier and rainy days, so having the pool indoors was a huge boon for the kids. And the adults loved hanging out downstairs after the kids went to bed. This property will definitely be at the top of our list for our next trip to the Poconos.

Our group was 5 adults and 5 children (ages 5-11). The stay was an investment for our small group but I feel was well worth it. The pictures were accurate and highlight the beauty of the property. We enjoyed our time here and found the manager to be very easy to communicate with. He was prompt in responding to all our questions during our stay. We look forward to returning again soon.

We had a great stay overall. A few things not working and a flood from all the rain but they were quick to respong and had someone to the house the next day to deal with the issues. Pool was wonderful although it could have been a little warmer or if the room was warmer it would have been better. Plenty of room in the house and kitchen and dinning room were wondeful for a big group.

A large group, combined of my closest family and friends stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The dates were from February 24th -27th 2022. The pictures on this website does not do this property justice! From the outside, the exterior appears to be a bit outdated and small. HOWEVER, the interior and the recently updated appliances and living spaces are absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and spacious and the kitchen had a massive fridge. There is plenty of room to enjoy each other's company OR take a moment to your self and enjoy the view of nature. Although we could not get it to turn back on for last day, the fireplace added a certain coziness to the home. The pool had a beautiful glow (day and night) and you could even change color of the light! *Pool depth goes from 3 ft. - 10 ft.* There were times when we experienced lack of heating throughout the entire pool and struggled with the thermostat controls; there seemed to have been hot spots towards the middle but there it was a lot deeper. The house is equipped with the adequate cookware and just enough towels, cloths, sheets and blankets for 24 guests. I'd suggest to bring a few more blankets just in case. Make sure to inquire that all of the sockets and appliances work properly (the iron and blender did not work). Owner and Property Manager, Eugene and Lenny, responded professionally in a swift manner and was extremely helpful! Overall, the stay was amazing. I would definitely rent this house again.

The house was very large which was great for all the kids to spread put. The pool was just as big as the pictures show. Trying to find the correct thermostats was a little bit of a challenge but we managed just fine. Overall, great house for a winter get away. and was close enough to the mountain so we were able to ski and tube.

Great kitchen, beds were not too great, pool was great however it was too cold outside and that prevented people from getting in the pool.

The home has everything you need for a comfortable group stay! From the linens and bath towels being supplied, to the spacious layout of the home, the ping pong and pool tables, and the built in pool, were a huge hit with our Family! Eugene’s prompt replies to all of my questions was wonderful! We will definitely rent this property again! We had a blast! Thank you!

This home is large and open and can accommodate adults and children. The pool is a wonderful outlet for the kids after a day of skiing. We will probably be back again

We have rented from the Poconos to Key West Florida and have never been more pleased with a rental property. The property was everything it was presented as . The property was clean , well equipped and a wonderful location for many fun activities. I think the most incredible facet was working with Eugene, he was exceptional. I texted him numerous times with many pertinent questions every single time he responded in minutes. When you are investing a significant amount of money and time it is imperative you have a partner to be your answer man , Eugene was all that !! The pool was such an asset for all of my grandchildren, they snow tubed in the afternoon and watched it snow while swimming in the evening . I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation!!!!
