Please check on exact dates. *** You cannot believe your eyes that you have finally found the house that has everything you need for unforgettable vacation? Now you can believe it! This 5000 sq. ft. house with huge deck facing a pond, where you can swim or fish. Private heated pool with the diving board and slide for the kids, hot tub. Pool house with refrigerator and seating area, where you can relax and watch TV. Full size volleyball court, soccer field, ping pong, pool table. Very close to all major attractions: 14 mi from Blue Mountain ski area, 20 mi from Kalahari water park and Mount Airy Casino, 15 mi from: outlet mall, CamelBack ski area and CamelBeach water park. Main level: living room with real wood burning fireplace and 65'' smart TV, HD cable service, entire house, including pool house has a Wi-Fi, dining area with table that seats up to 20 people, kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lower level: 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, Game room with pool table and Ping pong table. -Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. -When booking two nights, when only one of the nights is a weekend night, weekend rates will apply for both nights. -Please check before submitting reservation request on minimum dates required for the summertime season. They vary from 3 to 7 nights min.

This house was perfect for our large family annual Thanksgiving trip. It was spacious enough for everyone and plenty of room for us to gather and spend time together. The house is gorgeous and the area is so peaceful. It was exactly what we were looking for and for all of our needs.

Everyone had such a wonderful time. The place is perfect for large family get together. Plenty to do and plenty to see. Seen the deer every morning and evening was a treat for everyone! Could not have asked for anything better!

The house was great! There were some family members who couldn't make the trip so we only had 11 stay at the house. we could have comfortably fit twice that. The kitchen was a great place to eat and play games at night. The pool was the focal point during the day. The pool was clean and the pool house was a nice touch. Only a 10-15 minute ride to Supermarket, liquor store, pizza etc.. Would definitely return to this property!

Overall, this was a great place for our large family. There is a lot to entertain the kids. They caught fish in the pond, spent a lot of time in the pool and made S’mores at the fire pit. The only complaint we had was the lack of dish towels and pot holders in the kitchen and lack of hand towels in the bathrooms, but those are minor. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at this property. The bedrooms were set up perfect for families, the kids loved the bunk beds. The weather wasn’t great but that didn’t stop the fun for the kids as the lake was a HUGE hit! The pool house was nice and has a dryer in it to keep the towels warm which was a nice touch. Check in and out very easy and would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for having us! We were beyond impressed with everything the property had to offer. We had 21 women staying and had more than enough room. Everything was clean and updated. Eugene would answer messages in seconds. One of the days there we blew a fuse in the master bedroom. I sent a message to Eugene that night and he was there early the next morning to fix it. Well worth it!

Overall we enjoyed the property and amenities. Liked the pool with the slide, the pond to fish in, and the fire pit. My only wishes were that the pool filter/slide hose/heater not be on timers or be extended to longer hours. Also felt the place could have been cleaned better. The floors were dirty and some areas in the bedroom a bit dusty.

Our group of 12 adults and kids (ages 5-13) all had a great time at the house! Close to whitewater rafting, hiking, and indoor water parks. The pool was great and perfectly heated. The kids loved the diving board and slide! Owner was super responsive and even had a ball dropped off for us. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. (Only complaint is the over air conditioned room downstairs!)

Our family had a wonderful time. The location was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the pool, especially the kids. The pond was great for fishing which we all enjoyed. One night we made s’mores at the fire pit. The hot tub was also enjoyed by all. There was plenty of room for our group of 18. We did find some things in and around the house that needed updating, there should be more towels provided, and better seating in the living room to accommodate large groups. All considered, we all had a great time

Had everything you could want for a family vacation. Roomy and clean. Bring your own volleyball and soccer balls as we had to go buy these or maybe owner can supply for next renters. Highly recommend.

Things were clean and well-maintained, definitely among the best houses I’ve stayed at in the Poconos. Hot tub was hot, pool was great (so was having a pool house), rooms were spacious, AC was solid, and the outdoor amenities were awesome. Besides needing new table tennis paddles, I have nothing but positives to share.

Pros: Pool area was great and big. Kids had a blast on the slide and diving board. It was nice having the pool house for the refrigerator and bathroom. Kitchen was nice and big, playroom was great. The bathrooms were updated and nice. The house itself is huge and beautiful. The deck overlooking the lake is very nice. We saw lots of wildlife. Grill outside worked great. The hot tub was nice as well. Washing machine is huge!
To improve: The AC in the pool house is not able to keep up with the heat. At full blast it only cooled to 77 degrees. The AC in the main house broke for 2 of the hottest days this summer due to a clogged filter, simple maintenance would have prevented this. The grass was not mowed so we could not use the fire pit, volleyball courts, or soccer field.
To Know: The kitchen and living room are on the second level. Be prepared for lots of steps. The house comes with sheets and one towel per twin bed and 2 per queen. Pack more towels, face cloths, pool towels, and kitchen towels. The bedrooms upstairs off the kitchen did not have dressers, just night stands.
House would have been 4 stars if the AC situation was better.

Our family ranging in age from 3 to 73 enjoyed the much needed time away together. The kids enjoyed swimming, playing pool and being by the pond. The frequent wildlife visitors each evening was beautiful. We loved watching the momma deer with her babies. A blue heron also joined us. It would have been nice if the soccer and volleyball fields were mowed there were lots of weeds. For the adults the beds were very uncomfortable. The children didn’t complain though. Overall the experience was very enjoyable by all.

We had a great time here, and only wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer! The sleeping arrangements were great for our crew of 6 adults and 5 kids (two teens), with beds to spare. Much of our time was spent in the pool, but we got some fishing and s’mores in too! Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a secluded place to gather and have some fun.

This was my 70th birthday celebration, and all of our children, their spouses, and our grandchildren were able to come for the week.. The pool was a hit right away. Just the right size for water games and perfect for our Hawaiian Luau. We used the pool house for morning waffles, bagels and cereal until everyone was awake at the main house. This was such a bonus feature.
We used the fields for kickball, volleyball, whiffle ball, and night time tag. One evening we had s’mores around the campfire. We appreciated that the dock at the pond did not go out into the water so our little ones were safe on shore. It was a perfect spot for early morning fishing and coffee.
I thought the kitchen might be too small but it was fully equipped and worked well for our amazing meals. Each family took one evening and came up with a dinner theme that was incredible. We used the table for a buffet and ate outside on the deck. You’ll need to bring extra outdoor camp chairs for extra seating on the lower deck. The rooms were clean and with basic accommodations. Bring mirrors for bedrooms if you need them. We appreciated the slatted shades on the windows which darkened the rooms for naps for kids. The pool table and ping pong table were a bit crowded but a lot of fun. I brought extra ping ping paddles and balls so we could have

Our group of families/friends had a great time at the property. Everything was clean, pool and hot tub were ready to go, everything felt private and secluded. Great fire pit for s’mores at night, fishing for sunnies off the dock, and lots of good game nights around the big table. The house came with everything we needed (pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, etc.). Thanks for a wonderful mid-week trip.

We invited our closest friends to stay with us and celebrate our wedding this past weekend. It was absolutely amazing. The house is even better than it looks in the photos. The pool, hot tub, game room, and numerous bedrooms make this an ideal place to get together with friends and family. It's quiet and spacious enough so you can have your own private space to retreat to at the end of the night. The on-site dumpster is so convenient. We wouldn't have changed anything about our stay, it was worth every penny. I only wish we'd stayed longer!

Our whole family of 22 people ranging from 6 months to 97 years old stayed for the weekend. The house was perfect! Very clean, plenty of beds for all, and plenty of space to spread out. We had a perfect pocono weekend with cold weather and snow, the kids played in the snow for hours, built a fire for smores, and enjoyed the hot tub in the snow. Kitchen was perfect to making large meals and the huge kitchen table was great for meals and playing card games. Property is huge with so much room for outdoor activities. We are looking forward to rebooking in the summer when we can enjoy the pool as well.

Definitely an Ikea experience. The stove didn't heat properly but worked well enough. You need to reset the temperature periodically and set it higher than recommended. I prefer places that have refunds available if you cancel early enough. I had to buy insurance in case we needed to cancel. Other reviewers have noted the temperature variability. To make bedrooms comfortable, the kitchen needs to be overheated.

My extended family stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday and had a blast even though the weather wasn’t too great to enjoy the outdoors much. We loved the large dining room table and being able to eat meals together and the living room area was large and spacious for all kids and adults to enjoy a variety of fun games and activities we brought with us. The house was big and roomy and the game room was in great condition to provide hours of fun throughout the day. It was a wonderful way to spend time with the family.

Loved our stay here! It was 16 of us and there was more than enough room for all of us. From the fire pit, hot tub, pool table, to the beautiful pond, there is something for anyone to enjoy! Would definitely book again!

We had family ranging from toddler to older adult. There was so much open space for all of us it was fantastic. Plenty of room for sleeping and we brought up a folding table for the extras that didn’t fit at the main dining table. The pond was good for fishing, the pool was AWESOME, and the house was spotless even though people left the same day we arrived. Place was very private and perfect for our family “reunion” after CoVid. We’ll be back!

We loved the house and facilities. Eugene was quick to respond to any issues and inquiries. We had some wet days but the house was big enough for the 28 to be comfortable when we could not enjoy the outdoors. Would recommend to all.

This property is an awesome vacation destination. We are a family ranging from 9-76 in ages. There is so much space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen is amazing and 18 of us sat with plenty of room for meals. The children fished and we all enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the volley ball and soccer fields, as well as the fire pit, with scary stories and s’mores. The pool table was great but the ping pong table was more challenging since it is falling apart. Eugene was easy to deal with and Lenny, the caretaker, was so attentive to our every need. Even the neighbor that cuts the lawn was friendly with us. This was a vacation that will be talked about for years to come - it was that special. We are so glad that we chose this house!

The rooms were nicely spread out, the living room was very spacious. The kitchen was a little tight but manageable and fully stocked. The downstairs was cold but we just adjusted our clothes. The pool was the hit of the vacation as it was a heat wave !! The kids loved the slide and diving board. Pool house was large and we used it a lot, but it was very hot inside. The portable air conditioner did little to cool the room. Hot tub was great, located right off the deck. All in all an excellent time was had by all !!

Eugene was super responsive and helpful! House is a really cool layout and it was so nice to have a pond to fish in, heated pool and washer and dryer on site! We made great memories and will definitely be back!!!
