The second level has large living room with gas-fireplace and 62" Smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining room with the table for 12 people, Master bedroom with balcony and Master bathroom, two other bedrooms and a full bathroom. First floor: 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. You will have full access to all amenities available within the community (badges must be purchased). The amenities include lakes, (swimming and fishing), swimming pool, basketball court. Walking distance to the pool. The house is within 10 miles to major ski areas, CamelBack and Alpine Mountain!!! Mount Airy Casino, Desaki Japanese restaurant, outlet mall, within 6 miles!!! Golf courses: Pocono Manor-5 min, Stricklands Wissasset-10 min away. -Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. -When booking two nights, when only one of the nights is a weekend night, weekend rates will apply for both nights. -Please check before submitting reservation request on minimum dates required for the summertime season. They vary from 3 to 7 nights min.

Beautiful home. Well appointed Even had a little Christmas tree to enhance our celebration. Great walking and beautiful views. Very organized and spacious. Fine for 16 people...hot tub fun. Thanks so much!

As described. Spent most of the day on the lake. Hot tub was great. Comfortable sleeping situation. The paddle boat oars need a little love but we were able to use the kayak paddles instead. No screen doors made it difficult letting the fresh air in the house without bugs, but overall we had a great experience!

Overall stay was great. Nice property, comfortable house. The lake is definitely not a swimming lake! Did enjoy kayaking. Owner is very responsive to any questions or issues. There is 1 towel per person but no wash cloths which is a little strange, so bring your own.

House was very nice, enough room for our family of 19. Beach and usage of boats was nice. Pool table was hard to play on according to the men folks. The deck area became our favorite hang out area. We weren’t thrilled with lake for swimming but still had fun in water.

We were a group of 16, ranging in age from 2 to 70. Everybody had a great time. The house comfortably fit all of us. You do run out of hot water in the showers if a lot of people are trying to take a shower around the same time. The lake access and small beach are great. We used the kayaks and the row boat a lot. Loved hanging around a fire at night. We did have some heavy rain and unfortunately you cannot sit out on the bottom, covered deck when it rains;. it’s definitely not rain-proof. That was a bummer. This was our first family trip to the Poconos and some of us want to go back next year, rather than going on our normal beach trip. Things you need to bring with you when staying here, even though they were supposed to be provided… Towels- Both bath and kitchen. The supply is limited. Washcloths- there were none. Crib sheet All in all, we had a successful vacation and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Beautiful lake view, kayaks and a rowboat as well as gorgeous fire pit and decks with comfortable seating for many as well as a hot tub. The kitchen is stocked with all dishes and utensils (except a can opener) with a nice dining room for 12+ people if needed. I personally would move the crib from the master bedroom as it wasn’t useable for us but could’ve used it in another room. Over all- very nice stay with the best back yard!

Great property, everyone was thrilled with the amenities, lake, and all the other entertainment, museums, hiking, and water parks nearby. Our only complaint was that the hot water would run out. We had a group of 14 and some people were skipping showers, some were showering at night, and some in the morning and it didn’t seem to matter how much we staggered, the last person always took a cold shower. The cold shower wasn’t always a bad thing, the air conditioning was locked at 67 degrees which would be comfortable at night in the lower bedrooms but in the main dining room and kitchen it got pretty stuffy.

Everyone had a wonderful time hiking and walking at the many various parks in the vacinity. The weather was not great for swimming but fine for boating, biking and the hot tub. The grocery stores were convenient. We had lots of fun playing games and pool and ping pong in the game room when the weather wasn’t good.

It is impossible to not have fun at this property! The yard is spacious and allows for many activities. The amenities in the house itself were exactly as advertised and helped make for a perfect weekend with family and friends. I highly recommend this property!

Spacious house with plenty of room for 10 adults and two children. We enjoyed the rowboat, kayaks Ping pong table and pool table. Large deck and grill made family meals a breeze. Kitchen could use a potato peeler and a can opener. Otherwise we were able to cook all our meals. Doesn’t sound like a vacation you say? Well it was! The food was better than any restaurant and nothing is better than cooking together and working together with family.

Only issue was the key code was not the key of provided in the email so we weren’t able to get in the house right away. However landlord was responded right away and provided the correct key code. Only issue is the neighbors are close. We were a bit rowdy but had no issue. Not the most secluded property, but great backyard to the lake.

This property was a great location for the 7 adults, 3 children and 1 infant that was a part of our party. The property was as listed. The accommodations were comfortable and beautiful. It took a while for the heat to come up in some of the rooms however the property manager was checking in on us at the beginning of our stay and tweaked it enough to make it comfortable. The home was equipped with all the comforts of home. We were even surprised to find a speaker for use in the family room as the family member responsible for bringing this item did not. The home was very close to camelback mountain where we spent much of our family time which was quite cool. The rooms were very well equipped with a adult size bed and bedding for accompanying children. There was even a crib supplied in one of the rooms which was so very convenient. This property owner has obviously put some thought into being family ready and accessible. We will definitely look to visit this property again in the future. Hopefully next year this property is available for our annual family snow trip.

The property was beautiful and had more than enough space to meet the needs of our large group. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space despite the rainy weather and the rec room was very popular amongst the adults. Would definitely stay here again.

Four families and five kids had the best stay. The open floor plan was perfect for the kids to play. Kitchen was updated and clean. The highlight was waterfront view. Will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time at this house. The absolute highlight was the outdoor area, the three boats, the fire pit and the deck. We enjoyed hours of fun on the lake! Tubes and water shoes allowed everyone to swim and enjoy the water. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the grill was not in good condition. We had to thoroughly clean out the grease and it looks like the internal parts (flavorizing bar) might need to be replaced. The inside of the house was clean. The kitchen was great and well stocked. We also enjoyed a day at the community pool. Memories were made that I know will last a lifetime ! Thank you for renting your house to us!!

We had a great time with friends and our teenagers. Good fishing. Good kayaking. Clean house and gracious owner. Close to Waterpark. Great fire pit. Kids used the pool and lake and had fun. Definitely recommend this place.

The house and location were perfect. We were a party of 15 and we had plenty of space. The house comes well stocked. The lakeside location is the best part. Would be a perfect location in the hot summer months.
