About this condo rental
Located in Folly Beach, this attractive condo for $450 per night is a great choice for your next break. The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options. **According to current pacing and projections of the renourishment project, we expect the project to be completed at Chas. Oceanfront Villas by mid June, barring any unexpected delays. "Ocean/'s Nine” is a gorgeous 4 bedroom/3 bath villa located on the second floor of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas. This newly refinished condo is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. The vibrant beach colors only add to the fun vibe of Folly Beach. The property makes use of tile flooring and perfectly beachy accents for clean lines and the right atmosphere. The kitchen, dining area and living room all share the ocean view provided by the floor to ceiling windows. A sliding glass door provides access to your fully furnished, private balcony. The living room provides ample seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats eight. The stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops makes for the perfect place to cook a meal for your family or friends. The master bedroom has it/'s own beautifully renovated bathroom and access to the balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom also has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom holds two twin beds and shares a renovated bathroom with fully tiled shower with bedroom #3. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and just steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These luxurious villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. Both pools are open seasonally each year from April 1st- October 31st! ***Great news, Charleston Coast Vacations has partnered with VayK Gear to offer our guest FREE credit towards beach gear rentals starting Jan. 1st 2019! This condo had everything our family of seven needed for a week at the beach - except a dish scrubber, which we remedied at the local market. It was comfortable, quiet, and having a patio to enjoy meals with a beach view was a bonus! You can walk to many, if not all, restaurants and shops. I recommend bringing your own beach towels and taking advantage of their beach equipment rental option to make the most of your time on the beach.

We had 7 people stay and we all had plenty of room and private bathrooms. The restaurant across the street was great! It was clean and large spaces including a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Loved the gated and covered parking as well. Our favorite part of our trip was sitting out on the balcony and the comfort of our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

We ( 4 adults and 1 child) stayed at Ocean Front Villas (#209) for an "away Christmas." The villa was more than we had anticipated. It was well maintained, very well equiped for all (in cluding cooking). It was right on the beach with a opoen view to the water. Could not have been more pleased.

It was the perfect place for our girlfriends' 60th birthday trip. The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to eat in. We appreciated having dish soap and dishwasher soap provided.

We were a family of 5 that stayed. It was perfect! Great location. Well updated, well maintained and very clean place. The only feedback would be the toilet seat in the master bath needs fixed and we would've loved to have a Keurig. Will definitely stay there again!

Our overall experience was good at this condo, but I was promised more key fobs than I received. I asked for 5 and was assured I would get them on the phone, but when we arrived there were only 3. Not a huge deal (I thought) so I didn’t call to ask for more. Big mistake, by the end of the week it turned into a big mess trying to coordinate coming and goings.
A few other small things could be improved on. The patio furniture is old and needs to be replaced. There were a few broken chairs when we got there. My husband has a bad hip, and when he sat in one of the broken chairs, he almost fell.
Only other complaint is the master bath sink. It hardly has any water coming out and the drain backs up. These are easy fixes and I’m sure they will be taken care of.
They are well stocked with dishes, pots and pans or anything you should need. So you don’t need to pack that kind of stuff.
The location is great… loved the beach! Great walking distance for shopping and restaurants. Overall a good vacation!

We were visiting for my son’s College of Charleston graduation and added a few days to celebrate together. The rental was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out and relax and to spend time together in the living and dining spaces. The balcony/ deck area was larger than expected and had a wonderful ocean view. We had an awesome 4 nights in the rental. Gorgeous place, great local shops, bars and restaurants you can walk to and an absolutely beautiful beach view. The rental was well stocked, very clean and plenty or space for our group of 6. Amazing overall!

Overall it was a great property. A few areas in the condo were pretty dirty. Splash stains in the kitchen area near the trash. And the tv media was complicated which was annoying.

We really enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. Our condo faced the beach so we could enjoy sunrises AND sunsets each day. Conveniently located within walking distance to town with the Loggerhead Restaurant right across the street. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and having a third bathroom was a big plus! Only suggestion…BYOH! (Bring Your Own Hangers)
