Situated in Western Tobago, this attractive villa for $680 per night is a great option for your next break. Eagle’s Base Villa is a brand new Holiday Rental just 4 minutes up from Mt.Irvine Beach. Located up in the sleepy hills which overlook the whole southern tip of Tobago & surrounding Caribbean Sea, the views are both uninterrupted and breathtaking. On a clear day you can even see the Northern Range of Trinidad peeking out to say hello. The Main Villa has 6 bedrooms which can sleep 15 comfortably, and up to 20 with the additional pull out beds and sofa beds. Please note, this listing is for the Villa only. We have separate listings for the Cottage only and The Villa & Cottage combination. Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a large King size four-poster bed complete with an Indonesian-style mosquito canopy netting, storage shelving & an accent chair. The bed is framed by two large windows which look out at the amazing view making it ideal for a couple seeking some romantic alone time. Equipped with en suite bathroom and shower. Sleeps 2. Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, storage shelving and a TV. There is a pull out bed queens sized bed and comes with access to it’s own private bathroom. Sleeps 2-4. Bedroom #3 is designed to hold the whole family with a comfortable Queen size bed & twin bunk beds. It comes with access to it’s own private bathroom. Sleeps 2-4. Bedroom #4 is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, storage shelving and a private WIC/sleeping area. There is a pull out queen sized bed & comes with access to it’s own private bathroom and walk in closet. Sleeps 2-4. Bedroom # 5 is designed for a small family with a comfortable full & twin size bunk bed. There is ample comes with access to it’s own private bathroom. Sleeps 2-3. Bedroom #6 is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, Futon (full size pull-out), storage cupboards & 40” flat screen Smart TV. The bed is framed by two large windows which look out to the lush garden & amazing view, with access to it’s own private bathroom. There is also a sofa bed. Sleeps 2-4. A gorgeous open plan Kitchen & Living space opens out onto our large infinity pool deck, thanks to an expansive 40’ wide sliding door set. Two 9’ long Mahoghany dining tables comfortably seat 12 guests each allowing for a group of at least 24, and up to 32, to dine overlooking the pool deck and cascading hills below. Around the pool you will find a selection of comfortable seating; from a variety of hammocks, to outdoor sofas, floating lounge chairs and swings. We have even stocked the Villa with yoga mats & other supporting accessories for our Yoga & Meditation practitioners! Although the property has a colonial style, old world "estate" feel it also has all the modern conveniences and comes fully loaded with high speed wifi throughout the premises, cable TV,with hundreds of channels, ice maker, chest freezer, and for your additional security and peace of mind there is a state- of- the- art security system and private security emergency response team. The property is amazing enough on it’s own with lush rolling hills as far as the eyes can see. Also on the property, although not included in this booking and price, there is an optional extra separate one bedroom ‘Honeymoon’ Cottage can accommodate 2 comfortably in a large King sized four-poster bed, or sleep up to 6 with the additional sofa bed & ‘breakfast nook’ convertible sleeping area. The Cottage also comes with a 40" flat screen Smart TV, a private fully-functioning Kitchenette & large wrap-around covered porch, complete with it’s own amazing views of the lush forest & distant Caribbean Sea. With so much space and amenities this property is ideal for Weddings, Corporate Retreats, Large Family Gatherings or Group/Yoga Retreats. Please note that the cottage is NOT included in this listing. We have separate listings for the cottage only and villa & cottage combination. Also note that staff may be on the compound from time to time to do necessary maintenance.

The view from Eagle's Base and patio area are spectacular. Maid service was excellent and very clean. Negatives: Security gate to the property was not working which left the premises unsecure, both daytime and nightime.. In fact, there were two people who simply walked up while we were on the patio wanting to see the inside. Patio doors would not lock securely. They could be opened even when locked. Sulphur water in cottage shower was odorous and therefore could not be used for intended purpose-honeymoon couple. A brother and father used it for a few days but had to cart water from the main house to use.. Also, we had to call out for repair initially for alarm system for cottage. Therefore, the $750 that we paid for renting the cottage was a total waste of money. The $1300 extra charge to hold a 3 hour party for 40 guests was excessive considering that we were already renting the villa itself for $4,078.

I absolutely loved this place! I hated that my stay was short at this amazing place. The house was 10/10 condition and the trip was nothing short of fantastic. The view from the pool is absolutely heavenly and I’ve never stayed at such a good place. 5 stars!

Eagles Base Villa was one of the best vacation homes we have visited. The home layout is perfect for large families. Each room has it's own modern, spa like bathroom. The open space design makes for a large groups to not feel cramped. The villa sits on a hill overlooking the coast of Tobago. You can wake up to the sunset and the birds chirping in your ear. Simply peaceful! We did the beach run one day during our vacation. We enjoyed the villa so much, we did not spend much time elsewhere. Hana, the chef, went above and beyond in her service. Being that we had a large group of Trinidadians, I was worried if the food would be up to to par with their standards. When my husband, a true food snob, gave Hana a thumb's up, I knew I could relax! Tobago is a treat to visit. Unspoiled beaches, simplicity and a culture of hospitality is what the island offers the world. Rent this villa!

Beautiful property poor business practices .I was confirmed with full payment 9 months ahead . Owner attempted to cancel 1 week before event because of a better offer he could not resist .Again property is beautiful . Bbusiness practices and hospitality lacking and overlapping of booking should not be th customers problem .Ruined my event with daily harassment to leave property to aaccommodate overlapped booking ..Refuses to admit that it was his fault .

Everything about the property is exceptional. Excellent taste in decor - crisp and modern while being warm and welcoming. Sandra and Teflin took care of us so well and Colin helped us with all things operational with thanks also to Bas. We had hoped for a special holiday and our hopes were far exceeded. Thank you Danny for the personal touches; we miss our fresh mangoes for breakfast and watching the rainbows over the sea reflected in the pool. We will be back. Warmest wishes, Sue and all

My friends and I took a group of kids, we stayed 4 days. The villa was very clean, comfortable, secure and equip with all the amenities especially in the kitchen. We had loads of fun. The housekeeper was friendly, kind and was always willing to help thank you Ms. S. I also celebrated my birthday there and it could not of been better. The pool was heavenly and at nights beautiful ambiance my group cant wait to go back again thanks so much to the whole team at Eagle Base Villa and Cottage for the ultimate vacation.
