Lovely villa. Ultra modern and very very clean. Everything works and appears new. Slightly restricted amount of space around the pool and no car parking space so we had to park our car on the road in front of the villa. Apparently there is a dedicated car parking space on the road behind the villa but this was in constant use by a Greek lady living across the road from it so nothing we could do. You can see the sea from a lovely rooftop seating area but at ground level there are no -or limited views.

Would love to come back again! Lovely villa with nice outdoor space and from the first-floor terrace a great view over the Ocean, loved it at evening when the sun goes down. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants from pizzeria to Chinese and Italian. and if you need something a lot of shops to choose from and in the evening a variety of bars to choose from.

"Using Cyprus Villa Retreats was the best thing that we could have done when booking our first villa holiday. The service from everyone was brilliant, always there to promptly answer questions and deal with any queries. The villas are maintained exceptionally, and our pool was cleaned before 8:00am on 6 separate days during our stay. The maintenance team are great and will deal with all problems that may inevitably occur. Our villa location in Coral Bay was close enough to the main Strip for food/drink, but far enough away for the villa to be really quiet. The bedrooms are not the largest, but you are asleep when you are in them, so not an issue, but it does mean that there is not a great deal of space for storing suitcases etc, when all bedrooms are in use. The fact that there is a 65" tv with an IPTV setup, means that all UK and international TV (including BEIN sports for Premier League football, BBC, C4 etc) are included, as well as a full NETFLIX subscription, just makes things so much easier. The sea view is not something that is awe inspiring, but yoou can at least see a lot of the sea from various places inside the villa " - Quote from Darren

Stylish, modern and 100% luxury! Villa Porto was the perfect setting for our holiday. The Villa was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen and living areas had everything we needed- including an amazing coffee machine. The private pool and outside patios were perfect for during the day and dinners together in the evening. The location was ideal for access to the beach, restaurants and bars with a supermarket close by. But when we were at home in the villa the surrounding area is very quiet. It's the perfect mix. The team at Cyprus Villa Retreats were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend Villa Porto as the ideal place for a group holiday of family and friends. There is something for everyone.

We were there only one week, July 15 - 21, 2016, wish we could have stayed longer! The beds are really good!!! Very important! The house is so fine, I don't know where to start, it has more luxuary than I have at home, really awesome! The perfect place to stay! The owners and staff are fabulous and just a call away. The Island is Beautiful! We had a magnificant holiday!

This beautiful villa has a great layout making it excellent for socialising and taking some quiet time. We recently stayed here with a group of friends for 10 days. We all had the most fun and relaxing time here and did not want to leave! We appreciated the ideal location for walking to the beach, bars and restaurants which were excellent. We also spent a few hours on a boat which was amazing. We took some food and drinks onboard from the local store, put on some music, enjoyed the scenery and had a swim in the clear water. Our wonderful host was more than happy to organise this for us. I have to say, we were very well looked after during our stay. We also visited a few local vineyards for wine tasting which I really enjoyed and we also got to take in the lovely scenery along the way. I will definitely be booking another holiday here next year and would recommend this villa for groups of friends and families.
