About this house rental
A perfect get-away for families. 2 BR/2.5 bathroom town-home located in Wildernest community in Silverthorne, CO Summit County. The property has own private entrance with detached garage within 30 minutes to Loveland, A-Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. 45 min to Vail/Beaver Creek. There is zoned baseboard heat for the main floor and both bedrooms. The bedrooms are a dual master style with a bathroom for each with a half bath on the main floor. Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, TV and work desk. The bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed and small dresser. The bathroom has a bathtub. Both bedrooms have nice sized closets. The main floor has a pull out Queen sleeper sofa.

The house was perfect for our ski trip to summit co. Easy short drive down the mountain to Dillon or i70 to get to the different resorts. The place itself was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the beds were comfortable, and the private hot tub was fantastic. The pullout couch was broken and couldn’t work for bed mode, but the owner said they will fix it. Overall it was a great stay and a good value for the area.

We had a great and enjoyable stay! The Town Home was clean, comfortable, spacious and exactly what we needed for a family of 5. Great and scenic location, and very quiet. Hot Tub definitely is a plus for the whole family! Matt was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Little gem nestled just up the hill in silverthorne. Very nice, clean, and quiet. Easy access to surrounding area. Owner made everything very easy and convenient. Would be happy to stay again.
