Amazing gated property with two modern houses with same floorplans - 4 bedroom 3 full bath houses with double decker back porches offering amazing views. Each house sleeps 12 people; therefore the property sleeps 24 total. Many more reviews there - please check them out! All hardwood floors/heated master bathrooms floors. Large open floor plans, large closets, and extra drink fridges make the houses great for large groups. Each house has a 65" led tv with cable in living , 5 other flat screens and fastest internet package available. All beds are brand new and have memory foam mattresses. Double decks with amazing sunset views - large outdoor sectional, fire pit and lounge chairs on bottom deck and patio set on top deck. 2 6 person hot tubs recessed into the back decks that is professionally maintained (drained, cleaned and refilled between every guest). Outdoor granite kitchen with grill, burners, sink and fridge. Large backyard with professionally maintained/irrigated lawn and fence. Private gated parking for 8 vehicles with electronic gates and round about - so no need to back out of drive and Uber/Lyfts are able to pull around back of house and pick you up. A 5-8 minute Uber or Lyft will have you on Broadway for $10. I could say so many wonderful things about this property. We all enjoyed every minute that we were at the house. Both houses were very well kept and were beautiful inside and out. The host was amazing and quickly answered any question that we had. It is a quick 10 minute uber to broadway so it feels like you are close enough to get there quickly but far enough to relax in the evenings. Anyone who is going with a larger group I would highly recommend this house.

The listing comfortable housed 18 guys for a long weekend for a bachelor party celebration. Highly impressed with the property! Michael was accessible, responsive, and helpful as needed. Ran into zero issues and had a blast!

We had my cousin's 50th birthday party here and it was a perfect space! The backyard is HUGE with plenty of gated parking for vehicles (even got our 32' RV back there). The two hot tubs were great, as was the large bluetooth speaker to play music throughout.
Even the bunk beds were adult sized! More like queens than twins. Could easily sleep two people on each one.
Also, the added services of alcohol and food delivery were above and beyond. We didn't need them for our trip but for those groups flying everyone in, I could see this being a huge logistical help.
Would definitely recommend for any larger groups looking for a home base in Nashville. Just 10 min ride from downtown or 15 min to Grand Old Opry.

We went to Nashville for my Bachelorette trip. We’re all 35 and older so we needed a place with a lot of room and comfort. This place had it all. The hot tubs were great, the yard was perfect, and decks were amazing! There’s more than enough room and beds in this house. The owner was very nice! He checked in when we got there and gave us some recommendations. Our Ubers were $15-$20 but we had a big group so we got the XL’s so I didn’t think that was so bad. Just a quick ride downtown. East Nashville was a totally different chill vibe. I’m glad we were in our location bc we never would have discovered it. I had the best trip and so did all my girls. Highly recommend staying here!

First time to Nashville and Michael went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely fabulous. Came down with 19 of my closest friends and family members to celebrate my upcoming marriage. Location was great (10 minute Uber to downtown). The property (including the amazingly spacious backyard) was even better than expected and Michael's hospitality was absolutely top notch. Tons of fresh towels, linens, pillows, kitchen and bathroom supplies and so much more. Would absolutely recommend for a group coming to experience Nashville. 10/10. Thanks so much, Michael.

My friends and I stayed for a Bachelorette party. We had 14 of us and renting both houses was perfect in terms of space and it was easy to go between houses. The property manager was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience.

These houses were perfect for our large group staying in Nashville. The owner was very responses with all my questions and even did an alcohol delivery before we arrived and gave us the code to set up grocery delivery. The houses were spacious and clean with a beautiful backyard and patio for lawn games. The houses also came stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, linens, coffee, and extra supplies. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

When looking for a place to rent for our large bachelorette party, we picked this place over similar listings because of the great reviews and we are so happy we did. I have stayed in many rentals and never have had a host more accommodating than Michael. He helped us with anything we needed and the houses are stocked with all the essentials you need. The houses are as nice as the photos, plenty of space for everyone. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

My fiancé and I stayed at this property for our joint Bachelor and Bachelorette parties. It exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed! We were able to use one house as the Bachelor house and the other as the Bachelorette house, but it was easy to go back and forth hanging out between the two. It was a very convenient location, and everything we wanted to do was about 10-15 mins away! We had a very large group and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend, the owner has clearly put a lot of thought into making this a great place to stay!

This Talbot's Corner location was perfect for our family. The two houses side by side worked very well for us, and the kitchen was stocked, and there were plenty of supplies for cleaning and washing clothes. There was a TV in every room, and the outdoor porches had TVs as well. We were close to every place we wanted to visit. Opryland Mills, Nissan Stadium, The African American Music Museum, Tennessee St, Fisk, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. The Kroger and Publix were both just a 10-minute drive away. There were games and a PlayStation and the backyard was huge. My grandkids loved the jacuzzi and spent quite a bit of time in them. An added bonus was the highchair that we used for the 15-month-old. The owner Michael was very responsive and offered great suggestions for our stay. We picked the perfect place for our family of 16.

We had such a great experience! Both properties were amazing! There were multiple refrigerators which was great, because we had a large group of people. The beds were very comfortable and towels were soft. There was fresh creamer and water/soda/alcohol. Check out process was very easy and Michael always responded to emails and texts quickly. He also offered discounts on some services such as a party bus, Uber rides, and alcohol. Our entire group was very impressed.

These houses were perfect for our 5 day gathering!! Both houses were beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a perfect location and close to the airport and Downtown/Broadway!! The staff of The Crossing stayed with Michael and his property and it was an absolute wonderful stay. The staff shared how much fun it was to have two house, the loud house and the quiet house, as a group. We could not have asked for a better stay and the ability to also still feel like a team and build great relationships. The property is up to date and very comfortable. Michael was great at communication and very responsive when I called to ask questions. The area is improving its value with new buildings and remodels of older properties. We will definitely use the property when we return in two years for the next Spire Conference when it returns to Nashville.

We went to Nashville to celebrate my daughter's bachelorette party. We rented both houses and had 20 people. They fit our group perfectly. Beds are comfortable and there are a LOT of places to sleep.
The backyard was great for games and the homes were open and had all amenities needed.
I highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a big group.

Beautiful property with plenty of space to accommodate 23 people! The beds/mattresses were very comfortable, whether sleeping on a bed or pull out couch. Appliances were updated and everything we could needed was there. Michael went above and beyond to make sure we taken care of and had everything we needed.

My 23 person large family said it was our best reunion accommodations ever! Everyone was comfortable and had their own space and it truly felt like home. We would love to stay here again and recommend it to any other large parties also. The host was very nice and the kitchens were well stocked so we cooked dinner every night. We want to come back again when it’s not so hot so we can take advantage of the huge backyard, fire pits, and hot tubs! Definitely deserving of 5 stars!!!

My family and I stayed in these beautiful homes at the end of June. Driving into the residential neighborhood, I initially thought I may have been in the wrong area. The neighborhood is in transition but in a good way. I never felt unsafe in the homes. The yards are gated with plenty of room to play games or just lay in the sun. Each house had literally everything you could think of and more. They left us beverages in the refrigerators and there are many, many beds that were all so comfortable. Each home had it's own hot tub and outdoor propane fire pit. They were both very clean with updated appliances. There were plenty of towels. Check in and out was very easy. The owners were wonderful. We were minutes from Broadway street so an Uber was inexpensive. These are perfect homes for a reunion or girls' trip. Do not hesitate to book!

This place was perfect for what our group needed. 2 beautiful, clean, safe houses that were just a short drive away from downtown. Highly recommend staying here with your large group. Michael went above and beyond with the small things - the kitchen was stocked with coffee creamer and K-cups. And we used the free grocery delivery service that Michael offered. We had a perfect weekend, and even had an awesome cookout in the secluded backyard. We will be returning!

We, 15, of us came to Nashville for my daughters bachlorette trip. These two townhomes, side by side could not be more perfect- beautiful, fully stocked, conveniently located to Broadway. The owner was so nice and accomodating. It was an incredible trip-lifetime memories!

I can't say enough about Michael or the houses! We had 2 houses for 19 girls and it was amazing. The best VRBO I've ever stayed in hands down! Michael goes above and beyond to ensure your time in Nashville is the best it can be! The houses are exactly like the pictures if not better, we fit everyone comfortably everyone had a bed to sleep in. This rental has awesome sleeping accomodations you're not sleeping on cheap air mattress like most places that say you can sleep 19 people. The houses have 2 hot tubs and multiple outdoor fire places. Everything you need is already stocked so if you're wanting to stay in to eat to save money the houses literally have everything you could need! If I could give more then 5 stars I would, we will definitely choose Michael's property every time we're in Nashville from here on out!

Our large family stayed at Meridian Manor for Christmas. We can't say enough good things about our stay. Mike was super responsive leading up to our visit and easily accessible during our stay. The houses were both well stocked with any and everything you could think of from masks and hand sanitizer to spices and beverages and extra supplies. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and spread out and come together for dinner and movies in the evening. There were even beautifully decorated Christmas trees in both houses. The hot tubs and fire pits were perfect for the chilly weather. We had one day with nice weather and spent time in the connecting backyard playing outdoor games. The secure gated entrances made us feel safe and secure. Each of the master bedrooms had a private balcony and heated floors in the bathroom. After such a challenging year, this was the perfect place to celebrate the holidays!
