Located on the 4th floor of the Legacy 2 Tower, this professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium offers 1815 Sq. Ft. of living area. The Living Room is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV, with access to a huge balcony overlooking the 2 beautiful pools. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 50' TV, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet. The second Bedroom has a King-Size Bed, a 42' Flat Screen TV and a double closet. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds along with a queen size bed, a desk, and 42" flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook. The dining room has a table that seats six as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. Also included is a mini wet bar. The utility room has a full size washer & dryer for your convenience. This unit comes with a fully furnished 227 Sq. Ft. balcony as well as a separate kitchen balcony that offers a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comes with 2 parking passes. One is an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage which brings a convenience, as well as another parking spot for the Common Area. Access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool. Just ten minutes from the Gulfport Regional Airport. Close to deep-sea fishing, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum: convention center, casinos, and only about an hour from New Orleans. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and very well done. It is a beautiful condo and the location is great. We found our stay quite pleasant and comfortable. The property is just beautiful and everyone we spoke to were nice and friendly. I had a request for our host, Kenny, and he was very accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting Kenny during our stay and he’s very genuine and just a great guy.

Pros 1. The unit is large with amazing views. 2. The host was very responsive. Cons 1. The unit was extremely dirty. We had hair in the sheets of 2 beds, and when we stripped the beds to wash the sheets we discovered the mattresses were heavily stained. The mattress in the primary bedroom had a huge blood stain with no mattress cover. (See photo)The other mattresses had urine stains. 2. The showers and shower liners were filthy and possibly because all drains are slow so the water sits at your ankles and has stained the tubs. 3. The bath towels in one bathroom were dry and hard as if they were used and put back. 4. The bedroom furniture is stained. 5. The stove and coffee pots were dirty. 6. In the owner's defense he lives out of state and has been relying on housekeepers without seeing the unit himself.

The condo was perfect for what we wanted- a quick getaway in MS! Great restaurants nearby (Vestige and white pillars!), kids activities nearby (discovery museum and the aquarium), and the pool and beach. We drove down the street to visit the beach which was easier than crossing the street on foot with a toddler and a baby! Condo is clean and cozy and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children.

Majestic view of July 4th fireworks from the balcony and the beach. Condo was immaculate. The only suggestion would be to add safety bars in the master bath for us old timers. Kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach to paddleboard. Overall an outoutstanding stay.

We loved this 4th floor corner condo with amazing views of the beach. The three bedrooms/3 baths accommodated our family and we spent most of our time on the front balcony. Check in was easy and loved that it was a gated community. The guard at the gate was very informative and gave us a great introduction upon our arrival. We explored from Bay St. Louis to Biloxi and enjoyed many great restaurants and casinos. An added bonus was the Thunder Over the Sound air show, which we could enjoy from the balcony. We will definitely book this condo on our next trip and spend more time enjoying the pools! Thanks for hosting!

Beautiful corner unit with amazing views of the beach. Perfect for our family vacation with plenty of beds and bathrooms. I would recommend the owner getting some mixing bowls, bakeware and wine glasses though. I planned to make a breakfast casserole and brownies but struggled as there was nothing to bake them in. Overall wonderful place and would definitely stay again!!!

House was very nice and had a great and relaxing view of the beach in a great location, close to restaurants, mall, and the facility we were playing volleyball at. Only complaint was one of the beds sheets did not seem to be clean, so we rehashed them. Other that that, recomend!

We stayed at the property over Thanksgiving. The actual property in terms of how it looked and general layout and amenities provided was very similar to the listing and worked well with 2 kids. The covered parking and pools were nice bonuses! The view of the Gulf is beautiful, and the location was easy and convenient to many restaurants, shops and attractions. The road that divides the condos from the beach has a lot of traffic throughout the day often at high rates of speed. Crossing to get to the beach can be challenging unless you walk aways down to a light. There is also quite a bit of street noise particularly at night if you have the sliders open. This is what you will have anywhere along this road and is not unique to this section of beach - simply was not something that we realized at the time, Check-in and Check-out were easy and the property manager Kenny was very responsive to our questions.

The property was great. Good location, great views of the beach and sunrises from the balconies, and a well-equipped and welcoming condo. We wanted a nice family get-together and it worked out perfectly. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the adults were impressed with the open views and spacious floor plan. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We hope to get a chance to return.
