Self-catering newly built holiday apartment, fully air-conditioned apartment of 40 m2, at the ground floor, with excellent sea and hill views, 100 m from the beach. Facilities of the apartment include:
- separate room with a metallic piece-of-art double bed together with its anatomic and super comfortable mattress;
- living room with traditional sofa which can accommodate maximum two children; also with SMARTTV 43",SATELITE HOTBIRD and small radio-CD player,
- well-equipped kitchen in the same room and
- bathroom with shower (and hair dryer).
-3 large sunny verandas and terraces offering fantastic views of the small hills, the sea, and the very nice sunsets.
-Τhe guests of the apartment can use the washing mashine which is at the basement

The apartment was perfectly located - We enjoyed the sunset over the Aegean from our balcony each evening. Our host was so very helpful - had absolutely spot on recommendations for restaurants, beaches and every village in Naxos. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. We will most certainly be planning a return trip and will hope to spend even more time exploring all that Naxos has to offer. Highly recommend the Host and the property to those looking for a quality place to stay near the beach.

Perfect stay in Naxos. The apartment was gorgeous. Located minutes away from one of the nicest beaches on Naxos, a car helped explore all of this beautiful island. Panos was a delightful host. His quiet unassuming presence was reassuring and helpful. He knows all about his island and shares this knowledge to help the vacationer enjoy the most of what Naxos has to offer. The apartment is perfect for one to three people. Sunrise and sunset in any one of the four terraces off the rooms. Shopping and wind sports available close by. Lovely local restaurants and low key vacationer presence. I would come back here year after year and already miss seeing the light on the water with my morning coffee! Efharisto Panos!!

Panos was extremely helpful and engaging. Our apartment was immaculately clean and perfect for what we needed. We would highly recommend a stay with him not to mention that the place is right across from the beach. Communication was excellent. Panos had many wonderful recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try around the island.
