White oak flooring and antique wood beams add to the cool modern decor. 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms. and a 4th full bathroom on the main floor living space. TV in every bedroom...This Hampton's retreat is so close to restaurants, shopping and just a mile and 1/2 to beaches. 6 Bikes available ....There is an attached 1br apt that may be rented separately (not included).... Just come out of the city, relax and enjoy...train is just two blocks away! Welcome to Southampton !!☀️🏄♀️🏊♀️🏖 You’ll have so much fun!! *One Br apt not available this season…will be fully occupied *Absolutely NO PETS/NO SMOKING

We stayed with 3 generations (my parents, husband, and toddler son) and found Pam’s to be a wonderful home base in Southampton for a lovely weekend out east. My son enjoyed the backyard and the 3 bedrooms were all a good size with plenty of space in the smallest room for us to set up our son’s travel crib. The property was spotless with all necessary amenities including laundry. We loved being walking distance to town. Such a great spot!

Comfortable, clean, casual. Always thankful for updated homes. We came for a short visit so close to town was our priority, but the house is prepped for beachgoers. Extremely reliable host. Highly recommended :)

We couldn't have picked a better property. The location alone was ideal. We walked into town several times a day to shop, buy food, eat dinner, and have coffee. The beach was a little further, but the bikes, although a little older, did the trick. So instead of getting in the car and exploring the other parts of the Hamptons, we enjoyed just getting to know this beautiful, extraordinary place of Southampton. And we'll certainly go back. Pam, the owner, was accessible, very polite, and so helpful; her place is simply lovely. It's the perfect size and has everything you need. Pam is a former realtor who knew how to create the perfect oasis in Southampton. Thank you, Pam.

We celebrated my parents 51st anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better home. Pam was great — the home is beautifully decorated and situated in the village. Highly recommend and I will visit again!

Five friends and I spent a night at this Vrbo and had an absolute blast. It was clean, sunny, and spacious, and most importantly close to everything that Southampton has to offer. There were bathrooms and showers in every bedroom, which made the morning and nighttime routines go smoothly.
The host, Pam, was also very welcoming and sweet. She was very responsive all throughout and accommodated our schedule the best they could. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Pam’s home - bright decor, comfortable common areas, very nice master and bath, second bedroom gracious size and large bed, and Pam’s graciousness including an impromptu pick-up at the train station due to rain went above and beyond - very appreciative of the overall hospitality. We had an amazing weekend. The house has everything you need and is very clean. You can easily walk into town for food and Cooper Beach is a short drive. I love the fact that the house has so many bathrooms. The porch was magical and made drinking coffee in the morning feel like I was a million miles away. Pam answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations! Worth every penny!

We had a great time in this charming, well-equipped and conveniently located home. Sitting on the front porch with coffee in the morning, convenient shuttle service to the beach, and an easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants all made for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway. Pam, the owner is a delight - so thoughtful, down to the level of detail of remembering that we were there for my birthday so we arrived to a card and lovely sunflowers. We hope to be back one day!

The listing is accurate to a T and if you get to meet Pam in person you are in for a great treat! The ultimate hostess. Clean, bright, beautiful, whimsically decorated house. Perfect location to walk into town, and quick drive to the beach and SoFo wineries. We had the best time and hope to rent from Pam again next summer.

We stayed at Pam's place for a bachelor party. The house is gorgeous, clean and right in the heart of Southampton. We could walk to all the bars and restaurants within 10 minutes. Check-in was so easy and Pam was great to work with!
