Multigenerational family fit perfectly in this spacious home. Very responsive host/owner. Clean and lovely property. Breakfast on the deck, food prep on the massive kitchen island and relaxing in the ample living space in the evening were some highlights. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful! House is spacious and guest cottage was a great addition for our group. Location is away from crowded towns but still easy drive to everything. Home is well appointed with everything you need, nice outside spaces, and our host was very easy to communicate with. Overall a terrific stay!

The property absolutely met the description in every way and met the needs of our family. The interior design was aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen functioned very well for making meals. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was well equipped. Two minor problems : 1) the house is much closer to main road than we imagined. The attic bedroom window picked up the sound of cars as they drove by during the night and lighting for that room was patchy. So, that bedroom is slightly less desirable. 2) the overhead light in the living room of the cottage has no way to be turned on. It may need a long string! Overall, we were very happy with the home and would rent again in the coming years. Thank you for providing a wonderful vacation for our family!

We had an amazing stay at Cynthia’s house. The house was perfect for me, my husband and our 3 little kids. She had games and puzzles which my kids loved to play with during our stay. The cottage was fantastic for my mom who was with us. The location was central to many beaches and to the towns. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This house was perfect for our family. It was cozy with some modern touches. We were able to grill burgers and hotdogs and spend quality time on both decks. We also loved that it was a short drive to Lambert’s Cove where we were able to swim in calm water and watch the sunset in the evening. The owner was easily accessible, left clear instructions and the house was exactly how it appeared in the pictures.

We're a family of 6 adults and 4 children (ages 2 -12). This is our second year staying here and we hope to stay here again next year. The property description is accurate. The host is responsive to questions and concerns. The location is perfect for us; a blend of privacy, proximity to beach, and convenient to all points of interest to us.

We had a great stay at this super cute house. Lots of space and bedrooms. The little house was a great bonus, perfect little retreat within a retreat. The kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasure to cook a few things in. Lots of great extras like beach towels and chairs. The outdoor shower is fantastic. The house is close to lamberts cove beach. One of our all time Favorites. Many books to grab for a beach read and games for the kids. Cynthia is very responsive and helpful. A great place to stay! We will book again!

We enjoyed our stay in West Tisbury! The devil is in the details of the property. The shower curtain in the guest bathroom was broken, which was challenging with a total of 8 people in the house. Luckily 4 of us shared the cottage bathroom. Not all appliances were operable and the window AC units were still on the bedroom floors. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and clean! The beach gear in the shed was nice and we enjoyed spending time on the porch. Cynthia was an amazing host!!

We spent a long Memorial Day Weekend at Cynthia’s property with our 2 year old and another couple with a 4 year old. The space was perfect and even more impressive in person than in the VRBO photos. West Tisbury is perfectly located to take trips to all parts of the island!

We loved this house with its soaring kitchen ceiling and beautiful old wood floors. Cynthia has great taste. More important, she was completely available whenever we had a question. The internet is great. While the house is on a main road, the plus side of that is that it’s easy to get wherever you want to go. Plus it’s a 2-minute walk to the excellent State Road restaurant (delish carryout) and the best farm market around. Highly recommend.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family and friends. The guest house provided privacy for friends that had not stayed with us before. We took advantage of the fire place on chilly evenings and found the house to be equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Cynthia was always available via text to answer any questions.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We were two families, each with two children (ages 7-11). The property is located close to Lambert's Cove and close to State Rd restaurant. Overall, conveniently located. The owner is very responsive. There were a few items in need of repair in the , but it didn't impact our stay. The kitchen, living space, and outdoor deck is great. You will enjoy your stay.

This was the perfect family getaway for two families! Well maintained property and a thoughtful owner! She had bikes ready and everything we needed for beach days! Our teenage sons enjoyed having their own cottage while the two families, 4 adults and 4 children, stayed in the main house. Our young daughters found the attic bedroom perfect and played with the doll house (but I would not recommend that room for older kids or adults). We were able to access Lambert's Cove beach which is the best beach on the island. The only downsides were Lambert's Cove beach access could not be included with the rental and our daughters could have hurt themselves stepping on an exposed nail in the attic room steps - but we saw it and covered it easily. Would definitely book this lovely property again!

This house is charming, well appointed and perfectly located. It's close by everything on the island and walking distance to the best restaurant, State Road. The guest house is perfect for either a small family with little ones or grandma and grandpa who may want a little more private space. The main house is roomy yet quaint. Kids and adults alike will love the spacious yard complete with play house, deck, hammock and grill. This house is truly the perfect Martha's Vineyard getaway.

A charming home that has it all. It could be a great family retreat, or a perfect couples getaway. The home is beautifully appointed, remodeled kitchen which is fantastic to cook in with everything that you need. There is a side cottage that can work for kids or another couple for privacy. Situated in a great location to get to all the beaches around town.

This property was just what our two families were looking for! The main house and side cottage gave us ample space for kids and adults to divide up. The outdoor space was great for grilling and picnicking, with room for the kids to run around as well! With 4 children, ages ranging from 6-10, we needed the room! The home also had lovely furnishings and every amenity we needed... or when we needed a little something extra, we simply walked to the local market 2 minutes away! If you are looking for a rental centrally located between beaches, this is a great find! Note: You will need a car to get to get to the lovely beaches and towns on the island.

If you like comfort, convenience, and the taste of New England this place is for you. This West Tisbury residence is centrally located and just a short drive from all the major towns. Lambert's Cove Beach is just down the road and with its unsurpassed beauty is one of our favorites. One of the best restaurants on Martha's Vineyard (State Road) is just a short walk up the sidewalk. The owner decorated this house in the most spectacular way. We loved the comfort of the beds and the well designed bathrooms. The outdoor shower and deck were a dream come true. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to have an enjoyable stay on the Vineyard. Susan & Bob
