Absolutely Beautiful place and we can not wait to return!! The view is Amazing and so is the entire property. You have a private pool that we could see from the balcony and the main pool overlooking the ocean is Fantastic. However, the best part of the vacation was the communication with the Owner. He is Top Notch and was super helpful with all of our questions. You need to book this place NOW!!

I have stayed in this neighborhood in Los Suenos before and the location is perfect. Walking distance to the Beach Club, Marina and hotel restaurants. This unit was very nice with great views from the balcony.

We loved everything about this trip! The condo is so spacious and beautiful. Loved the views. This building is so close to the Ocean Club with the pool, restaurant with great food and drinks and the beach. My husband and son took a fishing charter and caught a bunch of yellowfin tuna-the restaurant prepared it for us and it was delicious. Highly recommend!!

We ran into a couple different things early on but the owner, Michael, was super responsive to try and sort things out. Otherwise, the property was nice and perfectly located between the Marriott and the Marina. Larger condo than I expected which was great and pretty view. Quick access on foot to pools. We rented a golf cart to get around the resort which Michael also helped coordinate. Would recccomend!

The location of the condo is absolutely perfect, situated between the beach club pool/swim up bar and the marina. It’s a large condo that we stayed in with 3 couples.

This place is even better than the description! It is the ideal place to stay for a first-time trip to Costa Rica. The resort had everything you needed, and the condo specifically is ideally located within the Los Suenos resort. We were a 2-minute walk to the Beach Club, where you could enjoy dinner/drinks/pool/beach, or walk a few more minutes to the Marriott in one direction, or the marina in the other. Herradura was a great spot to access all the fun adventures during the day - we went jet skiing, zip-lining, to the national park, and for a day cruise to Tortuga Island. Then we would return to this lovely home for R&R or pool time. In addition to the large pool at the beach club there were other smaller pools even closer. It was very spacious and private. We never heard or saw anyone else in the building. We loved the large balconies and the view was spectacular. The owner was very responsive and the unit had everything we needed, plus. We would go back to CR and stay here again.

No TP, open uneaten food and beverages in fridge, used bar soap in shower, dirty unchanged sheets, wash in washer and dryer, cluttered electronic wiring in LR, dingy deck cushions, totally unacceptable for price

Everything about the condo was fantastic. Location. View. Cleanliness. All the kitchen supplies that you can get imagine. The owner has really made an effort to have everything you need. Highly recommend staying.

This is the second time we stayed in the condo and everything was perfect. The owner Suki was very easy to work with and even helped set up all of our shuttles to and from the airport with a large group coming in at different times. Everything was nice, clean, and very close to the beach club. Beautiful views too

Where do I begin?! Obviously I have a strong bias towards CR, but I have never had the pleasure of staying in Los Suenos. So after our quick travel day from South Texas we landed in SJO and were in Los Suenos after a 1.5 hr cab ride. The Bella Vista location was in perfect proximity to the marina, and getting cabs was an absolute breeze. The property along with the resort is impeccable, attention to detail is maintained throughout the entire resort. The host's condominium is wonderful, we had 3 couples staying staying there and had more than enough room. Every room is spacious and comfortable, it is also nice that every room has its own bathroom, not to mention another half bath within the condo. The kitchen was nicely stocked, in fact we cooked in 3 of the nights that we stayed there. Should you need groceries, the super market automercado is a 10 dollar cab ride up the road, the marina also has a store called JT's provisions. You can think of the most obscure item and most likely JT's will have it. For those interested in going to Jaco it is about a 10-15 minute cab ride. We also took a cab one day to go fishing in Quepos, this took about 50 minutes with no traffic. The property owner is AWESOME, easy to get in touch with quick to respond to any questions and can give great insight to anything you may need or do in CR. Look forward to coming back and would come back to this very rental without thinking twice. You have access to 3 pools, one of them has a great pool bar with delicious "boat drinks". Obviously I could go on, you just need to check it out for yourself. Played a round of golf also, green fees were very reasonable, course is fun and forgiving. Better book this place quick before I do again.Scott Reed

We had an amazing week with 2 families ( 4 adults and 6 kids) in this very nice condo with a beautiful view. We had access to all of the resort and beach club. There are amazing restaurants and plenty of activities at the resort. The condo was clean and well kept. We felt very safe with gated entrances. We would highly recommend visiting Costa Rica and staying in this condo. We really appreciated the nice touches, like the gift basket of snacks on the counter when we arrived. There was also a number for a local contact in case we needed anything, but we never needed it.

This place was perfect for our family. Rooms are situated so there is privacy from each other. I thought we would need a car, or two for our size group but van transportation to nearby towns like Herredura and Jaco was reasonable. The tours had pickup and very prompt. The Marriot was very helpful even though we were not staying there. The restaurants at the Marina were so good we seldom left the area for dinner. We rented a golf cart to get around but not really necessary if you like to walk. We had a toddler so it was handy. The owner was very helpful before and during the trip.
