Spacious, clean accommodations in a great location

Great location for exploring that part of CR. Close to Los Suenos for fishing and Tortuga Island excursions, and adventure park for ziplining, ATV and horseback riding, also Pura Vida Gardens and waterfalls. 1.5 hour drive to Manuel Antonio National Park. 15 minute drive to Jaco (would have been quicker but CR is known for their rough roads.) The pool was beautiful and clean. Towels were readily furnished when we wanted to go places off site. On site restaurant served delicious breakfasts that were complimentary with our stay. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Quiet location

Door didn’t always lock shut after closing. One time we found it ajar after housekeeping service and we were gone all day. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. Staff was good to follow up and inform the housekeeping supervisor. Staff at front desk did not always follow through with our requests to sign up for excursions and a to go breakfast on the morning of our departure. The beds were extremely firm. Both my husband and I woke up with sore backs each morning. The elevator was not in service and we had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs. There was no mention of this when we booked our stay, nor when we checked in. No assistance with our bags was offered. Fortunately we were strong enough for the task. Swim up bar was not staffed. You had to walk around to the restaurant adjacent to the hotel to place an order. Restaurant staff was great at bringing our orders to us at the pool, though.

Boutique-hôtel près d’une plage de rêve

Petit hôtel neuf, situé à 5-6 minutes à pieds d’une plage magnifique! Plein de services tout près: restaurants, superbe épicerie, parc nature, etc… Personnel dévoué. La chambre est grande, beau design, beaucoup de rangement!

Il n’y a pas de balcon privé, c’est conçu un peu comme un motel, sur deux étages. Une seule fenêtre dans la chambre, donnant sur la coursive. J’aurais aimé plus d’équipement de cuisine, c’est vraiment minimal (petit frigo, micro-ondes, quelques articles de vaiselle)pas fait pour cuisiner.

It is a Motel, nice to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

Nice pool, design of the rooms, very nice and helpful staff

No windows in the rooms, no terrass, no sum at the pool, too small around the pool, bad renovation

Sophisticated chic place. Great restaurant. Perfect location between the entrance of Los Suenos and the public Herradura Bay Beach. Bicycle loaners!

The room was spacious, beautifully designed and super clean. We really liked the restaurant, both the food and the staff - Helmer and Mario were super nice! We booked the hotel last minute because our first choice turned out to be terrible. We didn't regret it, loved the place!

Nice hotel - ask for a quiet room!

Clean & spacious with nice restaurant.

Noisy aircon & no opening windows, so you had to have it on. We were put in a room next door to a family with a child that screamed all night - they had been there for a few days & the staff knew about the screaming so should not have put anyone in a room next to them. The hotel was not full. Poorly /thoughtlessly managed.

A great place to relax at the pool, short walk/shuttle to beach, EXCELLENT food and service!

excellent breakfast with multiple options, staff is so nice.

The beds are very hard, so be ready.

Excelente opción para hospedarse cerca de la playa, aunque no está al frente , si cerca, apie en pocos minutos. El hotel está casi nuevo, moderno, habitación amplia y cómoda.

Todo bien. el cargador para carro electrico tiene un conector que no sirve para la mayoría de los carros eléctricos

Medium quality hotel - not really worth its price

Spacious room

Crude and cold electric lighting, no direct sunlight , the only window opens towards a passage way so you have to keep a veil down at all times. The floor inside the room was dirty when we arrived so we had to ask for the cleaning lady to do it again.

Realmente es un Paraíso, nos encanto la habitación, todos los detalles de la decoración, limpieza y comodidad, cuidan cada aspecto. La comida del restaurante y desayunos es excelente, el servicio al cliente excepcional, las amenidades como la piscina y el jacuzzi nos encantaron. En realidad excedió nuestras expectativas y definitivamente volveremos pronto!!

Great location, awesome staff!

Staff is great. We love the restaurant. Hotel is new and food is awesome. Room is very confortable. The bed is great.

No loyalty program :( Restaurant and pool staff remembers you but front desk has no record that you have visited before. It will be nice if you could get discounts or are least appreciation when you are a returning customer.

Beautiful hotel I'd definitely recommend if you are travelling by car.

The room was very spacious, very new and great set-up with tv/couch/rain shower/little kitchen/fridge etc. Also the staff was super friendly and the restaurant in the hotel is really good!

The location - it was quite far away from a lot of things. You could only walk to the local bridge everything else you need car/bus etc.

This place has a great cost/benefit relation, I will be back for sure when I visit Herradura.

Everything! Location, the staff and their service, the room is just like the pictures in Booking, included breakfast was great and the possibility to check out a little bit later due to my training was just perfect.

One of the waiters in the restaurant forgot twice to bring me first water and then and aditional cup of coffee that he offered me earlier.

Great family vacation!

The restaurant is delicious!! A bit expensive to be eating there all the meals, but really everything we tasted exceeded our expectations. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are very big and clean. The staff is really attentive and polite. We will definitely consider to visit again.

We liked everything, but some improvements areas will be to be able to use the beach club chairs earlier (the last day of our stay the beach club chairs weren't available until 11am). Also, the space at the beach is small.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are huge and very beautiful. The kitchen is to prepare some fruit to enjoy them at the terrace or at the pool. Very good traditional breakfast at the restaurant. Staff is very friendly and always available. Rooms and entire hotel is very clean.

Best breakfast in Costa Rica we've seen after staying in about 30 hotels! New hotel with a huge room. Close to Herradura beach which is great for swimming.

Despite being located close to a beach, you cannot enjoy nature. Firstly, our only window had a view to a neighbour's door. Secondly, parking in front of the property.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

I enjoyed the pool, massage and the room. The beds are firm, but comfortable and the size of the room and all the amenities in it made the property worth the stay. The staff was excellent.

I wished all the jets were working in the jacuzzi and I wish the jacuzzi was warm.

Pedect birthday trip con mi novio.

The design was so gorgeous. Staff and people who is staying there was so friendly as well. Desayuno was so delicious ! We enjoyed talking with kind staff.
