Mondello Beach Apartment is a fantastic location in the splendid setting of Mondello. The Villa's strong point is that it is only 90 meters from the beach. The apartment is inside a 1900s Art Nouveau Villa and has a private entrance with parking spaces. Inside the villa there are other apartments that have different entrances than the Mondello Beach Apartment. The house has a large garden where you can eat on a table under a gazebo. Guests can also use another large wrought-iron table under an olive tree. There is a barbeque available and sunbathing on the deckchairs. The house inside is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom). In the living room we find a table for 6 people 2 sofas (one of which converts into a bed) and TV. Small storage cupboard.
