Come and enjoy a relaxing getaway in the heart of New Hampshire! The space Our lake-side condo boasts a stunning studio layout with vaulted ceilings, creating an open and airy atmosphere. The two queen beds offer plenty of space for a restful night's sleep. After a day of exploring the area, refresh and rejuvenate in our condo with a full bath. Guests have access to a basketball court, game room, outdoor pool, and grill. Stay connected with WiFi and take advantage of our free parking including for motorcycles or boats. Guest access As our guests, you will have access to a wide range of amenities, including a refreshing outdoor pool, a picturesque picnic area, a modest gym, a fun game room, and a handy laundry center. To access your unit, simply proceed to the 4th floor via elevator or stairs, and you will find your home away from home! Please note that these amenities are shared with other friendly condo owners. Also, while the balcony and chairs are not directly connected to our unit, they are available for all guests to enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding area. Other things to note We have two units side by side that can connect (like a hotel)! If interested in renting both please contact me for discount pricing! The numbers I was given for the keypad main entrance were wrong. They did not work. Thankfully a gentleman showed up to get in and he gave us the correct number. The outlet in the bathroom where the hairdryer is does not work. We didn't see any trash receptacle by the building according to the directions I was given. But there was one on a lower parking lot on the way out. Thise were the frustrating things. The location is good and the view is beautiful!!

This is an excellent place for a getaway at the lake. It has terrific views and is close to all of the amenities. We sat at the window every morning and watched the sun rise over the lake. We had a list of places we wanted to check out and the location was central for our sightseeing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

This was a perfect property to rent. There's a mini fridge, a microwave, glasses, plates and silverware for your use. There are also towels for you to use at the beach. Two comfy beds, and the view was astounding! Two humongous windows showed me the sunrise every morning. The lake is gorgeous and you can see a lot of it...

Spent the weekend, and it was the perfect spot. Great location, close to everything in and around the lake. Easy to get to, and most importantly the view in the morning was AMAZING.

This property was amazing with all the amenities. Its right in the center of everything focused around the lake. Perfect for kids or just an adult getaway. We can't wait to be back.

The description of the place is a little off. It has a nice game room but in the lobby still a nice game room with a great view. The room is small but compared to a hotel is stay here any day. The view is amazing and about a 1-3 min drive from everything that area has to offer. Would recommend friends to stAy

Overall the stay was good. A little disappointed that it showed in the pictures a balcony, however there wasn't for this room, just one down on the second floor to share with others. You couldn't control the air conditioner, as the buttons were broken, and the fridge somehow shut off and leaked water all over the floor during the night, which we fixed the next morning. The wall plugins are old and things don't stay plugged in well. I think it needs some improvements, but mostly don't show a private balcony in the pictures...very misleading..All in all it was ok
