NOTE: We have an additional guest fee of $25/ guest per night after the 10th guest and a $100 penalty for unauthorized guest. ✔ Our home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $30/night for 1st pet and $20/night for each additional pet. ✔ The security deposit is $500 and its refundable 1-3 days after check-out with no damages.
