I wanted to love the time in this home and it looked so promising with the hot tub, ping pong, etc. Unfortunately, the hot tub was unusable with no power and filter areas looking absolutely nasty. The ping pong table came with junky balls. Foosball handles were loose and about to fall off. XBox wouldn't respond (seemed like dead controller batteries?). Refrigerator door handle in need of repair. Overall, too many issues around the things that originally enticed us to book it.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Very clean and spacious. The kids loved the games and pool. We all had a great amount of space to relax and socialize. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, and all the essentials needed.

We had a great time. 4 kids 3 adults was the perfect size for this house. Everyone had their own space. The pool was small but the kids had a great time. The hot tub was clean although we didn’t use it to much. I wish the rooms had some kind of blackout curtains. You get woken up by the sun at 6am.. so that was a downer. Other than that, great house!

We booked this rental originally in March, then our plans changed and moved it to June. They were very nice and accommodating with us. We're so glad we kept this reservation for our new dates. The townhome is clean, very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, and overall a great experience. Definitely recommend.

The townhouse was perfect for our small group, easy access to the freeway and we loved the firepit and hot tub. We never found the dumpsters ?? so our garbage piled up, since the previous renters garbage was already in the bins. We also only had 3 packs of laundry soap provided; with being required to wash two loads of towels at checkout, we needed more for our 5 day stay and 9 people.

The rental is just as pictured, the entire condo was clean. The condo had plenty of paper towels, bathroom tissue, garbage bags and laundry detergent, which was super convenient! The location was right off the main highway which was awesome as we traveled to Zion National park and Bryce Canyon. The only problem we had was the internet wasn’t very good, service was in and out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Utah.

This place was easy to get to, clean well
Stocked and enough space for everyone. It was so nice having the hot tub on site! We didn’t get a chance to use all of the fun things in the house but loved it as an option! There’s a foosball table, ping pong, xbox and a giant game board in the bunk room! Not to mention the fire pit outside! It was a great stay!

The main draw for choosing this property was the private hot tub. It was clear when booking that they charge a “hot tub cleaning fee.” Ok, fair enough.
When we arrived, the hot tub was dirty & when the jets were turned on, it foamed up a lot.
Since we arrived at 9pm Thurs, I didn’t call the prop management until Fri morning. The receptionist assured me someone would be by that day (Fri) & that she would let me know an approx time. I didn’t hear ANYTHING back.
On SUNDAY morning. someone arrived to clean the hot tub. We had already been there 3 nights into our 5 night stay.
I let the prop management know this & they kindly refunded me the hot tub cleaning fee. But the main reason we booked this place was to have a CLEAN & PRIVATE hot tub. Disappointing.
Overall, the place was just like it’s pictured.
The home has a nice layout.
The beds were comfortable (big plus)!
Somewhat clean (baseboards were dirty & so was the tile floor in the kitchen).
Most properties provide at least the first mornings worth of coffee…not here. Just be prepared ;)
The contract & having to download an app were all put offs to me about this rental.
They also have labels with #’s on all the items in the kitchen, but the #’s didn’t match what was actually there. I guess I understand the need to do that, but at least be accurate about it. It made me feel like I had to report every little thing that was “off” so we wouldn’t be blamed for taking it or damaging it.
Overall, I gave it a good star rating bc I liked the area & the beds were comfortable.
I would stay in this area again, but probably wouldn’t rent through this company (Utahs Best).

Beautiful condo. We enjoyed our stay, the hot tub and fire pit. The condo was very noisy though. We could hear traffic from the main road and the neighbors outside. We also would’ve liked the availability of tv channels to watch some of the bowl games.

Clean, well stocked, easy location to get to. Super fun amenities that my kids were excited for! Decorated cute. Beds firm but comfy. Reasons for 4 stars not 5: no batteries or chargers for x-box controllers, no paddles for ping pong table, hot tub was less than 5star clean, and couldn't adjust thermostat lower than 72. To be fair, I didn't contact management or give them a chance to rectify the issues, we were gone all day and would get back after hours so we didn't have a chance. I would definitely stay here again, these issues weren't deal breakers but would've made our stay much more enjoyable =)

The rental was clean and in a convenient location. The hot tub and firepit were great and were used nightly! I would definitely stay here again! Only complaint is that the WiFi was EXTREMELY SLOW. We tried watching the Olympics and Disney plus and were unable to do so because it was so slow that it wouldn’t load or the video was grainy and buffering. Not a big deal except for at night when the kids were wanting to relax and watch a show.

The good: beautiful house, gorgeous decor, lots to do between the hot tub, fire pit, foosball table, xBox and TVs with streaming services. And the owners had set up a Christmas tree which was a lovely touch.
The bad: the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests when we arrived at 4:30pm so we had to call the management company (who responded, "can you just avoid those areas?") before agreeing to send out a cleaning company. Long story short and almost 4 hours later, our house was ready for our stay. The management company did not bother to follow up with us - I emailed them 2 days later requesting a price adjustment for our inconvenience, which the management company did quickly grant. I had also requested new ping-pong paddles since two of the four were broken and the company did drop off a new set of paddles and balls soon after.
Would I stay there again? Based on the house and the amenities, yes for the right price. (But not in the summer - the swimming pool in the complex is tiny - there are other properties with much nicer pools.) But based on the management company probably not.
Note to the house owners: The ottoman needs a wooden table so there is somewhere to set your drink while in the living room. And it's time to replace the stained, worn-out towels.

It was close to shopping, dining and the town of St. George. It was about a 45 minute drive from Zion and 2 hours from Bryce (well worth the trip). The games were great for the grandkids. There was plenty of room in the house and it had plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. The patio, with the hotub and firepit were nice, although not used much because of the heatThe community pool was small. The neighbors were noisy at night. Even though the rules specifically state no noise after 10 PM there were several nights with loud neighbors partying outside up until past 1 AM and our family and to clean up a huge mess one morning at the pool, left from the night before. There were empty alcohol containers, food containers, big rocks everywhere, deflated pool flotation devices. Apparently no one enforces rules or maintains the pool area.
