The living room is furnished with a trundle sleeper sofa, armchairs, and entertainment center including Smart TV/DVD/Internet. Dining table seats 5; (1)queen bed & large dresser; large storage room plus closet. There is one full bathroom with tub/shower; linens provided. This apartment is on the ground level down a flight of stairs, and has all the amenities of home with cozy and warm decor, a large living area, and an ideal location making this midtown property hard to beat! This property is lovely and I intended to stay until November 1 but due to circumstances beyond the owners control there were numerous plumbing issues and she agreed to release me from the agreement if I wanted to find some place else to stay. My real negative with the owner was that the plumbing problems started on Friday night (if I remember correctly) and when I contacted her Saturday she clearly did not want to pay weekend prices to get a plumber there. She did eventually send two men she knows and they cleared the drain but the problem came back and it was just very stressful!
