About this condo rental

Nestled in Mechanicsburg, this charming condo for $105 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The house is 'wow' and the unit has a unique 'one of a kind' shape. Proudly managed by Abraham'sExtendedStays. Due to the unit size, building structure, steps and bathroom design, type of furniture and safety issues, as well as excessive wear and tear liability, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 180 lbs. You’ll love the place's ambiance. It is large and nicely furnished. The unit in on 2nd floor; includes king size bed + bedding, Wi Fi, cables, 42" Flat TV, A/C, kitchenette, All Utilities included. Very clean. Well manged. We mainly serve Military, Health and IT professionals who come to the area for 3-4 months. Our place is 15-20 mnts to Harrisburg city center, 25-30 to Hershey, 35-45 to Gettysburg and Lancaster. Guests keep the unit clean; there is a monthly 'cleaning day'. $150 deposit is returned at departure IF THE UNIT IS RETURNED AS CLEAN AS YOU GOT IT. This unit is equivalent to any brand name hotel suite in the area that would charge you $130-150 per night.

My wife and I stayed for 8 nights while I was doing some work in the area. It was a great alternative to staying in a hotel, more reasonable, with a kitchenette, more space and located in beautiful downtown Mechanicsburg near restaurants and a wonderful park. In addition, Joe and Maria were very gracious and delightful hosts.
