You cannot see anyone else, just woods, trees, a creek, and wildlife - but, when you exit the 3 acres you are 1/3 mile to the Tanger Outlet Mall and minutes from the famous 76 Strip. This property is close to everything and yet it feels like you are all by yourself. There truly is nothing else like this in Branson. After pulling onto the private drive of this private home, you will instantly know you have made the perfect choice! There is plenty of parking for everyone on your guest list and for your trailers as well. Once inside you will love how spacious this split level property is. The main level is perfect for entertaining and being together. The large comfortable sectional has a perfect view of the large smart TV. This area was made for family movie nights! The large kitchen has stainless appliances, plenty of prep space, and amazing views of the wooded yard.You will find everything you need to make your favorite meals. The kitchen is open to the large dining area with wall to wall windows. Enjoying a meal here is enhanced by the beautiful views of the land surrounding the house. Just across the hall is the bunk room, perfect for kids! It has a double bed with a twin bunk. At the end of the hall is a queen bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV with cable - so no more fighting over the remote! Access the second story deck off the queen bedroom - a wonderful place to enjoy the wooded views or moonlite evenings. Between the bedrooms, there is a hall bathroom with plenty of counter space and a shower/ tub combo. Just below the main level is the lower level. Filled with natural light this area features an additional entertaining space with even more comfortable seating and an even bigger TV! The couch doubles as a sleeper sofa - perfect for extra guests. Many enjoy the game table with great views of the yard. Off the second living area is a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower off this area as well. Additionally on this level there are two king bedrooms. The first is just across from the bathroom. The property was perfect and away from everyone but close to everything. The house was set up perfect for the lengthy stay we had. The manager Stephanie was excellent on communicating with us and easy to get ahold of to answer questions. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great house in a great private setting but close to everything. 5 bedroom, with 4 full bath was perfect for our family. Most of our group enjoyed the deck hot tub. Kitchen space was slightly limited but definitely functional. Would definitely stay there again. Also enjoyed having a television in every room!

Amazing cabin that has everything you needed!! Even the smallest of details. Lots of room for our family vacation and we absolutely LOVED that the home was private nestled in the woods BUT so close to EVERYTHING!! The listing is exactly as it looks online. We will for sure Book again.

Almost missed the driveway! 😂
House is tucked in off the road and very private. Overall a very nice visit and amenities in the house.
Recommend the following:
1. Update the directions for the trash. There are no cans next to the garage as there is NO garage. Cans are down at the end of the drive.
2. Repair the HVAC vents in the floor by the table. These are depressed and present a trip hazard.
3. It was difficult finding the WiFi password in any of the communications. It might be better to have it posted in the house somewhere.
4. There are spots of mold growing on the ceiling in the upstairs hall bath.
5. Level the dishwasher as it is pushed in at the bottom.
Overall we had a very nice stay and the house was to our liking and accommodated our entire family!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the convenience of everything being so close. The house had almost everything we needed (a strainer in the kitchen would be helpful). We will definitely stay again when we return in the future. Our only suggestion would be to make the little livingroom downstairs into a full game room...it was kinda crammed up trying to play the games. 100% satisfied

House is nice. The two issues we had were the stairs (there are ALOT) and the kitchen is very small. The hot tub is great. The yard however is all on a hill and it needed to be mowed. The location is great, close to everything but very private.

One would be hard pressed to find a beautiful and well-maintained home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths in a secluded place near downtown Branson! We loved our private cottage. The children loved the arcade games. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was even a washer- dryer, a hot tub, and TVs in every room. It was a perfect Father’s Day weekend as our family gathered for the first time in 6 years! We often saw deer and other wildlife as we drove up to the cottage. The hosts were exceptional and on top of everything. Thank you for this excellent property that checked all the boxes!

The house was amazing and beautifully furnished. Bedrooms were spacious, mattresses were comfortable, and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there were ample supply of towels. The location was private and within 1 to 2 miles of the main strip and entertainment. We enjoyed the spa, fire pit and video games. This house was exceptional and I would highly recommend this rental.

We truly enjoyed this home. Well worth the money for us to all be together celebrating my father’s 95th birthday. Conveniently located to all the shows and shops and restaurants! There are 3 levels with stairs. My father is still mobile but slow, so beware of the steps if you have problems..Nicely furnished!! It was very cool in lowest level, but great sleeping at night. Management response with any issue is wonderful. The only issue was the A/C went out and it was fixed right away with a new motor. You can’t ask for better care than that!! Thank you so much for having us!!

We loved the house. It was just my husband and I but the house was a bargain so we chose to stay there. The bed was comfy and we slept great. It is a quiet off the road place but yet it is right in the middle of things. We loved it and will be back.

This house and property was more than we expected. Quiet, private and just a short distance to the busy town. The house was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Loved the shuffle board and games. I hope we can come back again.

The house is beautiful and tucked away so you have a lot of privacy and no neighbors. The hot tub was on and ready to go and it was very clean and well kept. The beds were great, even the pillows were good. The showers were solid with great water pressure and even the complimentary shampoo/conditioner were of good quality. The paper products were solid, unlike other rentals they didn’t use the cheapest toilet paper/paper towels. The complimentary snacks were a great plus. The internet was meh but it worked for your basic streaming needs.
The reason for the 4 stars versus 5 stars is simple, the steps. It’s not that there were so many steps is that they were the worst steps. They were each built way too tall and not only will your hamstrings get a work out you will have to continually focus on each step. The top step going down from the split level with the front door was especially steep. I am a healthy 45 year old and I was worried about twisting my ankle every time I went down that step. Be careful if you are elderly and have trouble with steps.

Property had 3 levels with steep stairs which were tough for my 90 YO mom to navigate. Kitchen was very small for the size of the unit (5 bedrooms). The property was also located very close to a creek and heavy rains and flash flooding were predicted so we asked to be moved to another property.

I little hard to find, but worth it. Property was as described. We had an issue with the security system being activated when we first arrived, but it was promptly addressed by the property manager and owner. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place close to the strip, but is away from the strip traffic.

Location was great, and the bedroom set up was all good. There was some mold on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom above the tub, which we didn't need to utilize. Did realize the kitchen would be small from the picks, but... Couldn't open the oven all the way due to the fridge. The cookware was horrible, and we used just two pans, the rest had the coating peeling off. There was a total of 11 forks but it sleeps 14.... Other than that, all was good and when we had problems, called the call center received immediate reponse!

The property was just as described. We traveled with our children and grandkids and it was so nice to be able to come back to a place that felt like home. Would stay again and recommend this property! You are so close to everything but feel like you are in the country.

This was a great property in location and also the size of the property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I like that the master was spread out from the other rooms. There was a few things that need to be addressed though. Number one, your cleaning crew is failing you. While searching for remotes because they weren't where they were supposed to be. We found trash all in between the couches and under the couches and also behind the dressers. There were several light bulbs out in the kitchen and no broom. The sweep pad was full of dog hair. The patio area and stairs needs to be pressure washed. Both are very slick from the sapp and dew off the trees and we actually had someone fall without injury thank God. But all and all we let none of those minor things bother us and had a great time love the property overall and would highly recommend it.

This property was a great size for our family vacation and we loved that it was so close to everything yet offset back in the trees to feel like we were camping - just like the description! The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We also appreciated having a washer and dry on site!
The only downside of this property was the cleanliness. The floor had clearly not been cleaned well, the fridge was dirty, crumbs were found in the couches, tables, chairs and a few of the beds, the shower liners were in need of deep cleaning and so on. I reached out to the landlords the first night we arrived and he responded immediately to talk through our concerns and he did send a cleaning crew the next day to help address the dirty floors, tables and chairs and changed the sheets in a few of the rooms which we appreciated. The lower level was great for hanging out and our family loved the shuffleboard table however it was so damp that it really needed a dehumidifier. This house is great for big families but really needs a deep cleaning!

We had 4 families of 4 that stayed together during our Baseball of America tournament. There was plenty of room for all of us and our kids, even when the husbands and boys were there a few nights. The kids absolutely loved playing in the creek. We had deer, a rabbit and woodchuck come in the yard. It was close to the ball fields and everything, but had a ton of privacy and you couldn’t even see the road from the house or yard. The address did take us to the wrong location but the property manager was quick to respond with easy directions. The only thing they didn’t have was a large stock pot for soup and such as that, but plenty of towels and dishes, grill had propane while we were there. I would definitely recommend it to any ball families traveling to branson if you want somewhere close and quiet.

Perfect for our mini vacation! Secluded in the woods (no neighbors!) but only a five minute drive to our Sight and Sound Theatre destination and not a lot further for our day at Silver Dollar City. We were a family of 14. Grandparents, 5 grown children and a couple of spouses, 5 grandchildren. We all were comfortable. Kids bunk bed room was a great fit! We were accommodated well with household outfit, but would suggest a dish drainer.
