Sitting on the side of the mountain in downtown Helen, this cozy little cabin for two is the perfect getaway rental. June Special - One guest will receive a Free Round of Mini-Golf at the Bavarian Mountain Miniature Golf and Arcade Center when two or more play! The June Special is valid for reservations with an arrival date by June 30, 2024. Valid for One Free Round for One Person per Reservation. Remember to mention that you would like to participate in our "June Free Round" special in guest comments or notes when booking online. The coupon will be sent to your email address as soon as we have all requested info and the reservation is paid in full. Snuggle up on the sofa, turn up the gas logs and find your favorite television show. The loft bedroom is perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Melt away tension in the downstairs bath with both a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of cooking all your meals in the holiday home. There is a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. The outdoor electric grill heats quickly for dinners on the barbeque. Relax and unwind in the new hot tub on the front covered deck. Should you decide to venture out, you are in downtown Helen within a blink of an eye! Pets are not allowed at Alpine Creek. The driveway is short and steep at Alpine Creek. We do not recommend low profile sports vehicles.

This cozy little cabin was fantastic! It featured a comfortable loft, hot tub, a very nice sized soaker tub, and fireplace. My only complaint is that there is a crack in the base of the shower, cob webs in several corners, and we couldn’t use the indoor tub because it wasn’t clean on arrival. All that said, we would still rent this cabin again. These are minor issues that did not impact our overall experience!

Loved how they put the Christmas tree up and a few decorations. Small property but very cozy. Hot tub over looking the woods was beautiful and the sound of the creek was serene. Driveway was a little sketchy but it's the mountains.

Hot tub was great, bring beach towels. Your total of four bath towels won’t be enough. There’s no washer dryer so your beach towels will save you. Very peaceful and tranquil setting in the woods. Lots to see in the town of Hellen, Ga. You have never seen so many stars in the sky at night, getting out of the city makes you realize the beauty that are the stars.

The one car road into the property was scary because if another car was coming I don’t know what you would do. The driveway to the cabin was so steep it was also scary and dangerous. And to leave going up to the main road was worse because of the leafs on the pavement our tire would spin also dangerous once at the cabin we’re to scared to leave because of the drive out so we didn’t get to enjoy the downtown area. It basically a waste of our time and money.

What a beautiful cabin with stunning mountain views located a short scenic drive from helen and anna ruby falls! We are already planning our next trip & recommend Georgia Mountain Rentals to anyone heading to the blue ridge mountains! The cabin was spotless and stocked well. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return to Deer Creek!

We drive a Toyota Yaris stick shift and this driveway was a little too steep for our little car to handle. Fortunately, the maintenance man and office staff worked together to get our car unstuck and our rental switched to a more flat drive just in time for me to get ready for my wedding.

I love how we were in all the nature and privacy surrounded by the fall leaves but we could walk to downtown in 10 min!

The location of the cabin was perfect and easy to find with gps. Cabin was nice and neat the only thing had to get used to was how to park on a narrow drive way but once we got the hang of it there was no issue with leaving when we had to. Scenery was beautiful and quiet. Def would recomment it and will keep in mind for a return in the future .

The cabin was so cute. Everything was clean and comfortable. When we walked in there was an Anniversary card and bottle of wine left for us, which really made us feel welcome. We are already planning next years trip back!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and orderly. Be prepared for a steep driveway (however, it is paved). This what not a problem for us because we brought a truck. The road is narrow but so close to town, it is worth it! It is the best opportunity to stay in the wilderness each night but be so close to the amenities of town. We enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi. Linking to our own app subscriptions on the 4k tv was an added plus. The refrigerator is only medium sized so be prepared if you thought you would bring a lot of groceries in. Overall, it was just a tremendous time and the accommodations (except the smaller refrigerator and steep driveway) were everything that was promised and expected. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This cabin is perfect if you don’t want to be right in town but still close enough. Amenities are sparse and the cleanliness was a little lacking. There were spider webs all over.

It was very nice and quiet place to stay! Definitely perfect for 2 people although it says it’s in walking distance of downtown it a steep walk we ended up driving. Only downside to property is the bathroom floor was cracked by the shower but it did seem to be in the works for being fixed. Overall recommend for a perfect getaway!

We had a great stay at this cabin. Nice and clean, enough room for two people. The driveway to the cabin and getting in and out of the cabin we’re not intended for a full size truck though. The drive to the cabin is a narrow one lane road. The parking area to the cabin was steep and narrow. No room for our big truck to get turned around easily. Other then that our stay was very pleasant.

The cabin was small and cozy! Convenient to everything in Helen! It was clean and had everything we needed. The shower could use some work, it didn’t feel clean and safe so we used the tub the whole time, which was great! Tiles in the bathroom floor need to be replaced in places and we needed a few more towels. But other than that everything was great!!

I do recommend backing into the driveway for less of a panicky effect getting in and out. Was clean, would recommend a bath mat on the floor near the tub and shower, and a new brush for the grill.

This was the perfect tiny little cabin for a couple. My husband and I dropped off our boys at summer camp in Cleveland and stayed here for a couple of nights afterward. The cabin is hidden away up a mountain drive, less than a mile from all downtown Helen has to offer. Close to everything, yet you're away from the crowds. It was perfect for our needs, but it might be challenging for anyone tall (the loft has a really low ceiling). The bath tub is great in theory but you run out of hot water before you come close to filling it. We really enjoyed to hot tub though, so no big deal on the indoor tub. My only real complaint/suggestion is they really need to provide more towels. Especially having the hot tub (which we frequented) in addition to normal bath use, we almost never had a nice dry towel after the initial use. And no great way to dry them since no W/D in the unit. Very minor and I'd definitely book again - I'd just bring some extra towels!

We really enjoyed the cabin and the location in proximity to the town of Helen Georgia. It was very well supplied and very cozy. We will definitely stay at this location again should we find ourselves in Helen again.

First and foremost, Georgia Mountian Rentals staff is top notch and extremely helpful. The Alpine Cabin was a nice and peaceful place, with the only down fall the drive way. It was steep. The cabin itself met our expectations and we plan to stay with again soon..

This cabin was super cute & affordable. There was a couple things that I did not like, but overall my experience was good. The couch in the living room was not comfortable, at all. The shower was very small & where the door track was, there was mold. I wish the couch was more comfy, since it rained all day one day and we stayed in most the day. The upstairs loft was very cute, but the bed was not very comfortable either. The hot tub was a nice bonus!! I would have preferred a larger shower, but I know the room is limited. Georgia Mountain Rentals was very easy to work with & even brought more bath cloths since they did not provide enough. In my personal opinion, the whole cabin needs updating & refreshed! Everything was clean except for the track in the shower. Over all, the cabin was good.

We throughly enjoyed our stay for our anniversary. Having 5 kids ages 12 years old through 7 months, this was a quiet, relaxing time close to town. We would definitely book here again.

This is a excellent cabin. It is as clean as it could possibly be. The location is absolutely perfect. You will see reviews about how bad the road and driveway is. Don't let this scare you off. I have a 2013 Honda Civic and had no problems once you learn how to maneuver the driveway. The only thing I would like to see different is a more comfortable couch and bed as the bed is really firm and doesn't work well with my back. Even with that being said I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
