About this house rental
This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in nature sitting on 15 wooded acres with 825' of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Hamilton's main channel. Inside the home you will find lots of light and views from every window. Enjoy the LED fireplace, stainless steel appliances and 60” TV. There is a king bedroom and ensuite bath downstairs and a queen bed in the upstairs loft. The loft upstairs provides the ultimate views and gives you the feeling of looking out from a treehouse. The loft is made private by closing sliding barn door panels.
Outside the house you will find a large, wraparound deck, bonfire area, sunken hot tub, mountainside tiki bar and a stationary single slip boat house with swim platform. Relax and enjoy the commanding views of the lake, nature, and boaters.
The property is on a steep slope with wooden stairs leading down to the lake. There are several landings along the way to make the walk as enjoyable as possible, however, the walk is not advised for young children or the elderly. Located off Timberlake Road between highways 70w and 270w, approximately 12 minutes from Lake Hamilton School. Perfect for small families, a romantic getaway, or even a girl's weekend. If you're looking for ultimate privacy, beautiful scenery and wildlife with acreage on Lake Hamilton, this is your place!
**Please note that the dock is located about 200 feet downhill from the house. Although there are stairs the entire way, they are steep and extreme caution should be taken to ensure safety.

This place was immaculate. We loved everything about it. The views were breathtaking and the house was spotless. My wife is a clean freak, so she notices everything and the first thing she noted was how clean and well decorated it was. The stairs down to the water are a little tricky, but worth it. And it is a good workout coming back up the stairs. :) We also had 2 regular visitors show up daily.....oned had antlers in velvet that were starting to grow and the other was a doe that was always close behind. We did not see anyone else other than the people on the boats going by and that is the way we like it. Great views and very secluded. We will definitely be back.

Nice place to relax. Very accommodating for cooking outside (propane gril, open camp fireplace and propane fireplace). Very excluded place for peace and quiet. Juat want we were looking for. Only complaint is the cockroach we killed coming from the ceiling. Owner mesaaged before showing up and gave us an heads up housekeeper seen mouse dropping. And was informed they took Precautions and sprayed under the house and set traps. I informed the owner when we left we didn't see any mice just a cockroach. The response is thank you for understanding our situation setting traps must of worked.. Nothing about cockroach. Hoping and praying we didn't bring home one or more crawling creatures. I understand things like this can happens. I felt like they knew there was a problem with cockroaches. Didnt act surprise when i mentioned it. Gross.
