Nestled in Helen, this attractive house for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Located just minutes from downtown Helen this property is a great place to be friends and family. May Special - Choose One Free Activity out of three offers. One guest receives free admission with a minimum of two participants for same activity. May Special for a Free Activity is valid for reservations with arrival date by May 31, 2024. Activities include a choice of Canopy Zip Line Tour (with additional discounts for your other guests), Panning for Gemstones or Escape Room Challenge located in Alpine Helen. Only One Free Activity per Reservation. Must mention that you would like to participate in our "May Free Activity" special in guest comments or notes when booking online. The coupons will be sent to your email address as soon as we have all requested info and the reservation is paid in full. Alpine Bear Trail features a spacious design that has a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. There is a combination coffee maker, giving you the option of making a pot of coffee with a standard drip maker or one cup at a time with a Keurig. The cozy living area that has a sleeper sofa that can be pulled out for a couple of your guest to sleep on. There is a guest bathroom in the hallway that is convenient to all guest throughout your stay. On the main level of the home you will also find a master bedroom with a private bathroom and king size bed. There is a second bedroom on the main level that features an additional queen size bed. Upstairs has a private bathroom, one king size bed and a twin size trundle bed which is great for keeping an ear out for the younger children during the night. The front porch has a small sitting area with a gas grill that has propane supplied for your use. The new back deck features a hot tub for your pleasure. Floor Plan: Main Floor = Bedroom #1: Master King Bed with private bath. Bedroom #2: Guest Queen Bed with separate bath Upstairs = King Bed with a Twin Trundle Bed with private bath Pets are not allowed. Alpine Bear Trail is a luxury property and the minimum age requirement is 25.

Everthing was awesome. I would stay there again for sure. Only two things that we were disappointed with. The couch had stains. And the upstairs mattress needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. Location was perfect. The hot tube was very clean even though we didnt use it. We can't wait to come back.

This was a perfect girls weekend getaway. Spacious and clean. Might want to upgrade the sofa bed in the living room. Other than that, it was practically perfect in every way.

The setup of the unit was excellent. Definitely had issues with the cleanliness of the property. The floors in the unit were filthy. I walked in my socks the day of arrival and they were filthy. Don’t believe floors were mopped prior to our arrival. The dryer in the unit took over 2 hours to dry towels and 1 1/2 hours for clothes to dry.

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rooms and accommodations were plenty and bug enough to accommodate us and a few mote even! Super cute, updated and clean! We hope to stay here again sometime in the future!

The booking company was so professional and provided plenty of details ahead of time. All was organized and detailed. We stayed here for the first weekend of oktoberfest as our yearly vacation. All of our close friends enjoying the festival. The house was spacious for all of us. We enjoyed the hot tub after walking around. The little things that we would have forgotten were provided for us and everything was clean. Thank you so much!

We had a great time during our 4 night stay. Location was quiet and very convenient to town for all our activities. Management very friendly and available if needed. The property is getting "worn" and definatly needs a "freshening".

This property was very clean and well stocked with basic household items. The managament company did an excellent job communicating with us before and during our trip. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great location just a few minutes outside the city of Helen. One thing to note, the upstairs bedroom (which has a king bed, a trundle bed and attached bathroom) does not have a door. The layout of the house makes it private and quiet but just something to be aware of.

Location was great. House was clean. There was some previous damage but nothing that affected livability. Front guard was completely incompetent and said he didn't have any of our info, caused a traffic jam, when I called the renters it turned out they did email the front gate all of our info. No reflection on the property just something to watch out for.

Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was that there had been a storm prior to our arrival so the staff had left us a hotspot for wifi. The area didn’t have strong cell signal for is but the hotspot worked well. Great cabin for a family stay.

Clean! Comfortable! Everything you need for an amazing getaway! Love that it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Well stocked! Hot tub on the back deck was a definite perk! Grill on the front porch was awesome, clean, and tools were provided. Plenty of space for a party of 6 adults.

We really enjoyed the property. The property management was really helpful. The only downfall was no one told me we could bring a trailer. We brought some kayak trailers and spent valuable time trying to figure out what we could do with our trailers in a city we knew nothing about. Luckily the property management let us use their yard but the whole thing could and should have been avoided beforehand when numerous calls and emails were exchanged

This was a cozy little cabin. I would stay here again and would recommend this place. Plenty of space for a family of space. We only had four people but it could sleep a lot more with space without being crowed. Property managers called and emailed just to ensure everything was perfect!

Had a short weekend getaway with a few couples and stayed here. The location is super convenient to town and it was very clean. It was small and cozy but very nice. The space upstairs is very large (master) with 2 smaller bedrooms downstairs. The staff was wonderful to work with -answered all questions timely and professionally.

The Alpine Bear Townhome was great for our weekend visit to Helen, GA for Oktoberfest. Its in a gated community, so you have to submit a decent bit of paperwork and give them vehicle details beforehand. We walked to the "downtown" Helen area (~20 min walk) where a lot of the festivities and shops were. Dollar General was close by and there's another little grocery store in town called Betty's. While the townhome is clean and comfortable enough, the comforters are a bit thin and the townhome doesn't have some things we're used to having provided in a VRBO like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, etc. Not a big deal (and some ppl prefer their own anywhere). They also have a Roku TV in the living room but a Firestick remote so we had to download the Roku app to work the tv. Overall, good price for a nice place close to town!
